D none1Made a mistake on my checking account. MY FAULT! Was overdrawn so they started charging fees. Fair enough but since they had my telephone number it would have been real easy to just call me and I would have taken care of it then. Instead they let the fees build up while they send me a letter via snail mail. (USPS) By then fees had gone up more than if they would have just picked up the phone and called me. They make you give a phone number when you get your account so why didn't they call?????? All I know is by doing it the way they do they make a lot more money with their fees. What a great way to make money if you can get away with it. Whether it is right or not is what needs to be addressed. I have closed my account and will try to find somewhere that has more integrity. In banking that could be a real challenge.
