  American Airline Federal Credit Union is a great bank for any type of business, American Airline Credit Union bank employees are very friendly. They are very patience and answer any of your questions related to them with a smile. I always choose them my first option as their rates are very reasonable and very good options. The American Airline Credit Union branch outside the airport help a lot for any time not being at the airport. In general a very good bank!!!!

  I have proudly been an AAFCU member for 8 years now. During those 8 years I've had great experiences with all aspects of working with the credit union, but none have been greater than financing my new vehicle with Susan Davidson. No one wants to spend a lot of money on a vehicle, but when the time comes - the smartest decision you can make is to go see Susan. I will be back for all of my future needs because of the above and beyond attitude and excellent customer service she provided me.

  Extremely nice people, patient, and willing to always work with you. Since they're a credit union, they're less about throwing constant promotions at you and more about actually giving you what you absolutely need.

  The folks there are always nice and helpful. Helped me open my first checking account, got my first credit card from there, my parents have accounts there also and they’ve had auto loans, notarizing, etc. And close by, neighborhood feel.

  I went to pay a car payment for a friend and the teller that was there today 6/16/20 @ 347pm was ALL but kind. It's not my fault you hate your job darlin'. I suggest you work on your customer service skills, or get a job working from home.

  I love our credit union !!!! The employees are very nice and good at what they do. It seems like every time I need them, they always come thru. Love em love em love them!!!! Thanks for all y'all do!!!!

  I love this office, I walk in and everyone is friendly and the tellers are all efficient, pleasant and helpful. It is a pleasure to do business with Debbie who makes me feel so welcome, and goes over and above normal professional business procedures. She has heart, wisdom, and is a dedicated asset to the Credit Union.

  Employee did not know the proper procedure/requirements for auto loan approvals (unrelated to credit score) and ended up wasting my time and an unnecessary hard credit check. Please be sure to fully understand your own requirements and eligibility criteria before hastily running applications.
