      I went in to get cash, looked a mess because I just mowed the lawn. The young lady that was greeting people showed me how to set up the digital card and how to use the ATM since my new card hasn't arrived yet. That was amazing customer service, in makes me happy to be a chase customer

      Don’t ever use the ATMs here. They are always messed up and when they are “working”, it’ll take your money and not deposit it into your account. Currently trying to deal with the $220 that one of their ATMs took but didn’t deposit into my account.

      I had a problem with a deposit not showing up, and they went above and beyond to find out what happened. James and Renee are the best, and I would recommend them to anyone!

      Worst chase bank ever. The staff is very unhelpful. We have banked with chase for years but will be leaving after today's experience. We needed to order more checks for our business acct and the man who was helping us had a horrible attitude and also told us that we would have to go to the teller line to order them (after we just waited in line to see him.) My husband asked him for some service and had to ask if he would go get the checks for us because that's what ever other chase has done. He refused and said "there isn't a line over there." Seriously? What happened to getting your a$$ up and getting them for your business client? Then he says "Well I guess I can get them for you if you want." We also tried to get other services done to our Acct but he kept refusing to help us. We grabbed our stuff and left. Do not go to this chase if you can help it. They do not care about their customers who bank with them for over a decade. I hope the manager of the bank seeks out better employees who actually provide good customer service.

      l don't like this bank!tally unreasonable policy !they are use US the account money we have !to do loan for people need !they change loan people interest!but bank use US money to do that business !they are don't give US interest. they also change US months service free !!!also lair customer!open new business account get 200$ but l have new business account opening there !l never get 200$ lair cheating customer for sure!!

      Ok please don't come here for the free coffee, but I don't know how anyone can give the overall bank service here less than 5 stars. I'm greeted every time I walk in like I'm the most important person there, my transactions processed smoothly, and I'm in and out quickly. What else are you looking for?

      They are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe during covid-19 pandemic. Took a little longer because of sanitizing pneumatic system, cards etc. after customers. Always great service at this location!

      Shout out to Renee, Russell, Tina, Chris. Even though it is completely out of their control, they have been nothing but respective, understanding as I work to get PPP loan. Although I am very disappointed in Chase corporate, I stand behind this branch. They are caring, compassionate. Thank you all.

      Signed in to meet a PB. Renee Suggs the Branch Manager and VP comes to greet me. She was so kind, professional and polite. I'm normally not impressed with customer service. I normally don't write reviews. Renee exceeded all my expectations and I can honestly say I enjoyed my interaction today. Thanks Renee for such a great experience.
