I would never ever recommend Chase bank to anyone. When my Dad died they cancelled my Moms joint credit card she had, saying it was their policy and we had no way of knowing until the card was declined at a store. No letter, nothing. Recently they randomly closed their lobby so no one could get in. You had to make an appointment to do any kind of banking or go through the drivethru. I was dealing with my Dads estate and switching accounts into my Moms name so it wasn’t a “drivethru” transaction. Everything with them is difficult. Calling them, dealing with them, etc. They try to be nice and helpful but in the end they’re neither.

Very nice teller let me park my corvette under the canopy during a hail storm. I owe her one for sure

I banked privately with Chase for about 7 years before opening a business account with them. I told them up front there would be a lot of cash transactions and deposits due to the nature of my business. I was told this would not be a problem. Great. After having the account for less than a year the child bank manager, I believe her name was "April," took care of one of my transactions. She was seething about me bringing in cash. She flat out told me "I THINK WE SHOULD CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT." This troll of a manager was unhappy about my cash deposits. I was both amazed and dumbfounded. I called her supervisor, no response. I emailed him, no response. Shortly thereafter I did close my account there. I now steer all national affiliates away from using Chase Bank. And will continue to do so.

The ATM machine screen wasn't working, so it was impossible to use it.The bank already knew this when I went inside to tell them stating that they weren't responsible for the ATM. Good customer service would dictate putting an out of order sign on the machine and caring about the customer's overall experience. Somebody needs to be retrained.

I have been with Chase for years and I'd say everything is relatively mediocre with the bank and this location. There are pros and cons across the board. The hours are not great and I find myself rushing to get there from work if it's something I have to go into the branch for. But the mobile banking and deposits are super wonderful and convenient. The staff and service is hit or miss. Some days I get stellar customer service, other days it's luke warm and mediocre at best. Overall not great, but I'm comfortable and and it's not bad.

I've never had an experience where the people working at this branch are unfriendly, actually everyone has been great - however, I do have a problem with two of Chase Bank's policies. Not having a coin machine is an extreme inconvenience. It's something that a bank should ALWAYS have to help their customers. Coin is a form of money, no? I refuse to pay to cash out my coins. This is almost a deal-breaker for me. Also, it is ridiculous that others can't deposit money into your account. I get that it's a security issue against fraud, but this is also a huge inconvenience. If I want to send one of my adult children to make a deposit in my account, I should be able to do that without adding their names to my accounts. Please reconsider your policies Chase!

I went into chase to withdraw money from my bank account. I told the teller the amount, she immediately turned around to her coworker to consult her about my request. The second employee decides to make a rude remark of my finances. Saying, "does she actually have said amount in her account to withdraw?". I have banked with Chase since I was 17. I do not hold my savings to have an employee of CHASE make a rude remark of me and my money. You are not a teller of chase to give snide remarks to your customers but to hold my money and keep your rude opinions to your self. then i was laughed at as I walk away from the front desk. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from two older women.

I called yesterday (Friday) asked what their hours were going to be for Saturday and they said they would be there until 2 PM. I then set up an appointment for noon on Saturday. I even got an email confirmation for this appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the doors were locked, all the lights were shut off and nobody was assisting at the drive-through. I also did not receive any email or a phone call saying as to why they were going to be closed or to reschedule the appointment. There was no note on the door stating they were going to be closed. Nothing. Very inconsiderate. Also to add when I was there waiting 3 other customers showed up as well…

WORST BANK EVER!!! In case you ever need financial assistance or need help with setting up a payment plan. They do nothing to try to help you. I had to beg them to even try to help me defer a payment. Now that I’m working part time I’ve been trying to set up a payment plan and all they do is be demeaning, laugh and again left me on hold. In other words be rich or die trying here. #whatgoesaroundcomesaround

Walked in to find a small line, where I decided I would wait to deposit a check. Luckily enough, the man greeting at the door met with me and shook my hand. He told me his name was Brad, and asked me if I needed anything. He taught me how to deposit a check using the indoor ATM, and afterwards socialized a bit. He made the whole experience great, and I will now be using solely this Chase location.
