  Ive been sitting in this drive thru long enough that 2 cars left. Now 15 +minutes with one car in front of me. (2 drive thru window open) Now 20 + mins ..

  I have been with American one since before they come to vandercook, when the vandercook branch opened I have dealt strictly with them per I live in vandercook.. The staff have always been polite, answered all my questions on my account and made sure I understood what was going on. Very timely on helping getting my loans, car loans, credit cards, they work very hard to get it done same day if not they are on top of it the very next morning. I appreciate my bank..

  I had a wonderful experience receiving a car loan from American 1 Vandercook Lake Branch. Shannon Gazlay, was very helpful along with a few of her colleagues. They made this process very easy and went above and beyond allowing everything to transition smoothly. I highly recommend this team if you are ever in need of purchasing a vehicle.
