Paula Pili3I decided to finally join AFCU after signing up so many of my clients unfortunately, I didn’t get the star treatment they did. No folder with bank info I had received a bonus check from my employer and wanted to deposit it however, I was discouraged from doing so and was told My account basically would be on a 30 day hold for deposits, transactions etc Even If I chose to deposit cash it be on hold for a couple of days. I was also told that I immediately would be banned from doing mobile deposits for about 30-60 days she said. I left with a debit card and that’s it. I left feeling just a tad bit “discriminated against “ lol 😆 just a little lol

Kylee Martin1We had a bad experience here a few months ago. We arrived after a very long drive and car troubles to meet someone we were selling our car to. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and Cameron seemed frustrated with us the whole time and told us that if we would have gotten there one minute later he wouldn't have helped us because he wanted to go home. He was pretty rude the whole time and almost didn't let us go through with the loan even though we were out of there before closing time. I can't base the whole credit union location off of this one worker, hopefully other ones are more helpful and kind to their customers. It could have also been a bad day for Cameron, but even so, it's important to be kind because you never know what people are going through.

Hunter North1If you want to keep good and reliable customers that want to use your credit union you should train your employees better. My boyfriend and I drove 2 and a half hours to this branch so we could purchase a car just so they can tell us that we don’t have everything we need for the seller to sign the car over to us even though we called multiple branches multiple times to make sure we were bringing everything and that the seller was bringing everything. KEEP YOUR EMPLOYEES WELL INFORMED. After we’re done handling this BS we’re definitely not staying with this credit union.

Maysen Birkes1I've recently been looking to open an new account at a different bank. I had heard so many great things about America First and all of their great amenities. So... after much thought and comparing other banks side by side I decide to go with America First. Just today I went in to go open an account and was turned away because they "didn't have time". I am so unimpressed by the costumer service I was given. From all the great things i've heard I don't think America First HQ would stand for the service I was given. If I am wanting to SWITCH banks and become a new member of yours, you should be inviting and excited to get me started on a new account and not turn away new costumers because there is a lack of time. So if you're thinking of becoming a part of America First, be careful they probably won't have the time to help you.

Kenneth Jardine1My wife and I went to go get a loan and when we were in the approval process they originally said 24 hours which turned into 4 days which will now be 6. They also asked for the wrong documents which is the reason it’s taking so long. Great interest rate but bad customer service and no actual time table. Very disappointed with the process.

Christina Cervantes1Customer service is always terrible and trying to make a payment over the phone? Forget it! The wait is always ridiculous and even if you leave your number for them to call you back they don't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it no stars I would.

Armando Montuy1Terrible customer service, never willing to go the distance for their customers to help them get financed. If you're looking for a great Branch to help you get financed and quick, go to the Orem location by UVU, Colby is the man!

Matt Bowen5They always have quick service. I don't think as many people know about this branch so it makes it so there isnt a line to wait in
