  I saw over 5 people try to go to this branch after it's 3pm Saturday closing that conflicts with their posted times. The picture is of the drive thru unsuspecting members who didn't know they are closed earlier than 5pm. More problems with any serious interaction at this branch. The business accounts have details mis entered multiple times. My check deposited in an ATM somehow stated their system and no one could find my check until weeks later. I ordered foreign currency so I can leave for Europe. When it came in I looked at operation times... Saturday until 5pm. Wouldn't you know they close at 3pm. !!! I leave Sunday for my trip, I'm screwed. They are closed then too. I wish they left the real hours on Google or their message alerting me that my currency came in. Oh, there will be another $$$ fine because I couldn't pick up... but really they should not fine members for their messing. I keep hoping this will be a real bank but with all these errors and charging $$ their members. I do not recommend this branch. Most branches don't have updated hours. Join at your own risk.

  PLEASE change your Saturday hours on google! I’m sick of going to the branch in person just for it to be closed. This has been a consistent issue for a long time. Please fix it!

  America First employees are always friendly, courteous and professional with me. I have been with them for many years. The branches are always in great condition. I highly recommend them to anyone. God bless.

  I highly recommend America First Credit Union to anyone. They’ve been a great company to do banking with. I really want to recommend the America First in Harmon’s on 3300 S and 1300 E. Everyone is so unbelievably happy and friendly. I can honestly say that making a trip to this location can change my mood just because of how nice the employees are!

  I transferred to this bank thinking I would get better service with a smaller credit union. I was wrong! I have experienced very poor customer service in the Brickyard branch on more than one occasion. The online customer service is more helpful than the tellers or managers. I had an issue that I needed help resolving and I got nowhere by talking to them. They simply turned me away without even checking my ID or listening to my problem. They treated me like a criminal. They gave me no help and told me to figure it out on my own.

  Every time I deposit a check they put the deposit in the wrong account. I tell them every time to put it into savings but the put in checking. I guess they can’t listen and do what they want. How can one trust this business with their money when they can’t get my accounts right.

  Very dissatisfied with our treatment from Edith here at this location. Do to her not honoring what her employees told us to do. The excuse she used was the employee didn’t know about her program to sign up for new quarters. But it is hardly the fault of the customers that the managers failed at their job to communicate to the employees a program that had apparently been in place for weeks. Do to her failing to follow through for customers that were only doing what they were told to do by the employees there, this location to us is not trustworthy enough to not leave a negative review on their conduct. Very disappointing service. I am also sending to the corporate head headquarters so that hopefully this will not happen again to anyone else.

  I am a new customer of AFCU and I can already tell I made a great choice!! Their customer service is beyond awesome!! Jordan went above and beyond to help me. They made me feel welcomed and that says a lot these days! Thanks for being a great branch, I look forward to many more pleasant transactions!!

  Wonderful and helpful with obtaining a loan, worked with the branch manage and another loan officer - good experience great service. BUT.... the receptionist is either completely daft or stoned! Good Grief! I had to repeat everything at least twice only to get a blank look back, then have her ask the same question I had just answered. Anyone with even minimum banking experience wouldn't have even needed to ask the questions she did. Seriously I think she is just an obligatory door stop they are required to have in place.

  I tried to help my son by making a car payment to A.F.. I have walked into the local branch before and done this only having his name. I didn't request any information, only wishing to make a payment. The attitude I got over the phone was crusty at best and I ended the call with" This is why I don't bank here", which is true!
