  Had a fraudulent charge and went into this branch a half hour before close. The tellers were kind enough to stay nearly twenty minutes after to make sure my account was taken care of! Very much appreciated! I don’t give a 5 star because the first teller to help me seemed less than enthusiastic about doing so but the second lady (sorry don’t remember names) was great!

  The branch wasted our time. They were unable to provide in person services to start a mortgage refinancing though I was assured multiple time from previous conversations with america first that I would be able to just walk in be able to have someone help. This isn't the the first time we have tried using this service in the last two years, but it will be the last.

  I really like this branch!!!!! I have never had a bad experience here!!!!! I really like all of the branches I've been to in all reality!!!!!

  This person is absolutely terrible. We went in to finalize a loan and she just didn’t seem like she new what she was doing and was very rude didn’t wanna help us.

  Stacie was an incredible help to my husband and I when purchasing my new vehicle. She made the process so easy and answered all my questions. She even went beyond and offered us new products to better our finances. Really happy she was our loan officer and had such a great attitude. We were able to get the process resolved very quickly. Thanks, Stacie!

  Some of the staff can be a little quick to push you out the door, but I've never had a truly negative experience in my past year at this branch. The wait is never too long to speak with a loan specialist or clerk. They do a great job of reporting to the credit bureaus so my score has jumped 100 points in the past year just due to my VISA card with them. I enjoy being an AFCU member.

  One of the best branches that you can visit. The staff is always very helpful and will always ask you if "there is anything else they can do for you while you" visit just to clarify that all of your needs are being taken care of. I have been a member of AFCU for a very long time (well over 15 years) and have always enjoyed banking with them. The wait is never long and the ATM outside is much the same. The location is also great because it is surrounded by a bunch of businesses.

  On Tuesday March 9, 2021, Travis who works for AFCU at Ft Lane in Layton did a fantastic job by helping me cancel 2 pending payments from a fraudulent transaction. He did that by cancelling the debit card used for the fraudulent transactions and created a new debit card to prevent future fraudulent subscription payments. He provided the new replacement debit cards.

  America first credit Union is a joke! It’s the worst bank/credit Union I have ever worked with on loans! Customer service sucks! Automated system takes a half day just to talk to a human being! If I could I would only give a half star rating!

  I went in to make a deposit into an account for my rent at this location. I was told here that I can not do this without me taking this check to the person, having them stamp this, and sign and then returning it back. This was INSANE to me. Never in history have I had to do this to make a DEPOSIT!!! I went to the branch location by the Layton Hills Mall and they did it without a single problem. I was late to work because of this. Won't be going back.
