  Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value It was our first time to buy a house and Amer made it so easy for us. I don't know if he was our lender or our dad because he played both roles. We were so scared to start the process but when we got to Amer he completely changed my view of how the house process was. I will not only recommend him to everyone but I will be looking for people to recommend him to.

  We decided to finance our first home with Amer 6 months ago. The turbulent housing market during that period made things so much more difficult than they already are. We are picky and wanted the perfect home, but Amer was patient and always supported us the best way he could. His professionalism is unmatched and we will be going to him again in the future.   My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Amer Saman on a number of occasions for the purpose of refinancing and purchasing of investment properties and primary resident. He was always available for the hundreds of questions we had late evenings and weekends. He has always been professional and knowledgeable in every area of lending. He takes the time to ensure that his clients understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until we were comfortable. Patient, kind and understanding.
