  Purchasing a home in the Alexandria/DC area was interesting to say the least. Multiple homes, multiples offers, but eventually we found and purchased our dream home. I want to make sure I point out the excellent work that Shawn completed and the great advice he gave us along the way. Extensive knowledge on VA Loans and always available to answer the 100+ questions we had throughout the process. Would recommend to my friends and family. If you’re military and don’t want to be on hold with Wells Fargo or USAA for 30 mins then look into this company. Also we closed in 30 days exactly. Our friends went through Wells Fargo and are closing at the 95 day mark due to the loan process. Sorry for the run-on review. Bottom line: I’m happy we went with Embrace

  David gave us the best experience for our first-time home buying! He provided all necessary information and even extra information as requested. I was so nervous and kept asking David for every single detail to make sure that our loan would be approved. Though, he had never been tired of answering. He was also extremely responsive, accessible, and available every time we needed him. We definitely recommend him to anyone.   Patrick Holland with Embrace Home Loans is the best lender out there. This is our 3rd time using him and we will always use him. He makes the process so quick and smooth. He is always on top of his game. We listed our home and with in 2 days he text us to see how he could help. When rates dropped he contacted us to save us money with our refinance. He will always have your back. Over the years he has become more of a friend than a lender. No one can provide the level of service or rates like he can. Do not hesitate to reach out to him.   I received a great rate. Both the rate and the estimated fees were lower than another company I was considering. The fees then came in even lower at the closing. The coordination with the title company went very smoothly as did the closing. Highly recommend Embrace Home Loans.
