  Brent Wilkerson and his team are consummate professionals and deserve your business. When we found a home that we loved, they rushed to help my wife and I with our VA financing. When you are a buyer in a competitive market like La Crosse you need a lender who is flexible and can react quickly to your needs. Brent took my phone call while he was on vacation on TWO separate occasions so he could answer some last minute questions that made the purchase possible. I can’t say enough good things about Brent and his team. They will definitely be my lender of choice for any future home or investment.

  We closed on our first home last Thursday but did not go with Brett Wilkerson. We were referred to Brett by multiple people but the experience was not pleasant. We were approved for a certain amount that we weren't happy with and when shopping at other banks his response was that "you'll never find anything more then what I'm going to give you" Well...we did. He presented us with loan options, never discussed with us interest rates etc, was just worried how we were going to obtain a down payment. His advice was to take out of our 401k. Looking back all of the advice we got from him was in my opinion, not great advice. EDIT: Based on the response I received after my review; my rating went down to one star. Instead of reaching out or genuinely apologizing, It just got turned into being my fault.

  I've used Brent 4 times on investment properties, refinancing, and for my own home. This last investment purchase I was going to try to use a different lender to see what was available and to spread my business around...which blew up in my face by wasting approx 2 months and almost losing the deal as negotiations/concessions and thousands of dollars had already been made buy the sellers. After realizing my timeline was shrinking to get it done before the end of 2018. I reached out to Brent to help make this happen with a 15 day time frame to close and he made it happen! Any one who works in mortgage lending and with self employed individuals knows the difficulty it can pose in the process. Brent has surrounded himself with a great team and knows exactly what it takes to make it happen.
