  Sitting in their drive thru now where I have been for almost 20 minutes. Just dropping off a check for deposit. Still have not even been greeted. I used to actually enjoy coming to this branch because the staff were so friendly, but service has been really poor the past few visits…disappointing!! I am glad I moved most of my banking to Park Bank just up the road!!

  I just needed to cash a payroll check due to a direct deposit issue so I went to the bank who issued the check. After waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone offered to help they told me it was going to be 7 bucks to cash their own check. After that it took the guy another 5 minutes to figure out how to even cash the check and ended up needing help to make it happen. I'm glad this was an isolated incident with direct deposit not working this one time. I couldn't imagine dealing with their ridiculous fees and incompetent staff on a regular basis. Also, I wrote this review while I waited for my check to be cashed

  The local people are good to work with but the corporate structure is not. Wouldn't advise banking with them.

  I have had really great service and assistance in setting up my Sr. accounts at this USBank. The staff/window persons have always been friendly and professional. Had there been "no charge" cashier checks/money orders, I would have given this bank an earned 5 star rating.

  Would personally not recommend. Some employees have been rude and unprofessional towards me and my mom. We believe there may be a possible racial and/or wealth/income bias against us. They don't seem to take customer complaints seriously in our opinion. We plan on closing our account(s) permanently at the end of the month.

  What a joke, charge a $7 fee to cash a check drafted from their account. Nothing like saying we will only honor our check if you pay us to. Should be criminal to charge a fee to cash checks drafted on your accounts.

  Their ATM will steal your money and their bank will do nothing to reimburse you for the money that you have lost. One star review is too many stars.
