  100% awesome! My experience with Citizens State Bank has been incredible so far! From the warm greeting to the complimentary ice cold iced coffee, Citizens is completely different from anywhere else I have banked. Our business is part of the budding hemp industry where it can be challenging to find a banking partner. Other banks balked, but Citizens stepped up to the plate, dug into the research on the industry, and decided to get involved in an industry that needs strong support. Thanks Citizens State Bank, you are the best!

  An absolute A+ experience from the very beginning! As soon as you walk through the door, you get the “Glad you are here!” Vibe, and it’s genuine. Our company arrived at Citizen’s after some horrible experiences with a local credit union; we couldn’t be happier with the switch; Jared, and the entire team at Citizen’s are pretty remarkable and we couldn’t be more pleased.

  We moved to La Crosse two years and discovered Citizens State Bank. Some of our first friends were our bankers. This is a banking experience unlike any other banking experience we have had. You are greeted by everyone when you come and go. My wife loves coffee, and they make the best coffee . It doesn't even feel like a bank, it feels more like a coffee shop. The decor is very welcoming. If anyone is looking for a place to do your banking, we highly recommend Citizen State Bank. Their service is great and we can't tell you much about their fees, because we never had to pay any. I believe if they could give free samples (money) they would.

  I recently transferred two checking accounts to Citizens State Bank. The whole process of transferring my accounts was easy and everyone was very helpful in making the transaction go through. It is always very refreshing to go into the bank because of the positive Environment and the way in which everyone greets you. I am very happy to be a citizen state bank consumer..

  Banking here, I know I am always in good hands! Jared and the rest of the staff always make me feel like a priority. Nothing bad to say here, I always feel like they have my best interests at heart. Will be doing business a long time with them!

  Great group of people to work with. My first day walking through their doors I felt welcome. They were willing to work with me and offer a much lower interest rate compared to where I previously banked. Within a week after switching banks, my business loan was approved which made a huge impact on my business. I would highly recommend Citizens for any of your banking needs.
