  PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. To Ambassador Mortgage, LLC and investors: I am writing to express my disdain for this company and all its employees. This home buying process has been the most stressful, agonizing time of my life as I was scrutinized for months on end. I should have known that this was NOT a reputable company after requesting a $175.00 application fee via cash app. I asked a plethora of clients that were serviced under other mortgage companies and none were aware of this practice. They also cited never having to pay for a credit pull or verification whilst I paid $50.00 four times throughout this process. I initially applied on August 4, 2021 and received a pre-approval. After submitting the offer and numerous calls, the loan had supposedly moved from RD to underwriting on September 30, 2021. Throughout this time, myself, the seller’s realtor, and my realtor contacted members of Ambassador Mortgage several times and it is documented via email as well. The communication is nonexistent, and you’d have better luck receiving a call back from Jeff Bezos than anyone at this establishment. As you know, consistent, clear, and concise communication is one of the few provisions to establishing good rapport and respect amongst clients. Sadly, I never received that. I only received continuous swindle. On October 2nd, a home inspection was completed and was set to close on October 10th WITHOUT AN APPRAISAL. Red flag! The closing was then pushed back. The appraisal was ordered fulfilled on October 14th by Ambassador Mortgage. I was contacted by the Carrie from the title company on October 13th about closing on October 25th. I received my closing disclosures on October 23rd. The closing date was rescheduled by Darlene a record of FOUR times and those dates were: 10/10, 10/25, 11/11, 11/30, and 12/10. Unacceptable and negligent with my time and money that I had already spent. Darlene is reckless and its palpable by my arguments that she has no regard for her clients or their counterparts. Today, December 6th, I received a denial due to a combined debt to income ratio being disproportionate and my sources of income were unable to be verified. ALL INACCURATE. Why would you have me shell out 100’s of dollars if you approved the loan on 8/3 with no stipulations besides maintaining no adverse changes in credit, assets for closing, employment, clear title, and proof of hazard insurance. All of these were maintained, and NOTHING has changed. When Darlene called me on 12/3 requesting an ADDITIONAL 50.00 to verify income that she had already verified and I refused, I received a denial letter. This is an unethical business and I recommend all to steer clear.

  Ambassador Mtg is here to service our customers. Due to Ms. Harold Multiple Issues we where unable to continue with getting her a final approval on her mortgage loan. So her opinion of Ambassador Mtg, LLC is Her opinion ONLY! and very untrue. Ambassador Mtg has put thousands of customers in their homes since 2010.

  My husband and I met with Mrs. Darlene and we got a Pre-Approval letter the same day. We also received valuable knowledge about credit improvement. Although our situation was a little challenging, Mrs. Darlene and her team never gave up on us. They worked very hard to make sure we closed on our home. Now we are the proud owners of our new home where we can build a great life for our kids. I would recommend anyone who is trying to buy a home to go see Mrs. Darlene. She'll get the job done!

  I have had one of the BEST experiences in dealing with Ambassador Mortgage. They were always Willing and Able to keep me abreast of what was going on with my information. I was always given updates and never had to wonder if anything was going well. My family and I couldn't be more satisfied and we recommend Ambassador to Anyone!!!!!.......Our experience was absolutely the BEST EVER!!!!!! Our credit was intact and we were pre-approved with running into no issues at all. Our waiting period for the underwriters to look at our information went smoothly without any issues as well. We are in Our NEW HOME and are EXTREMELY THANKFUL AND BLESSED!!!....We are satisfied customers.

  We recently sold our Baton Rouge home with the help of Darlene and her associates after over 4 years of the ups and downs of renting or owner-financing our home to a few different people. I think the process of selling is just as tedious as buying but Darlene stayed the course and got our buyer qualified when no one else could or would. She was available whenever I called and she facilitated the sale of our home while we were in AZ and it was practically flawless. Darlene is better than good, she is the best.   Ambassador Mortgage "pre-approved" one of our clients for a mortgage, only to later claim that changes in FHA guidelines meant that the loan could not be funded. The problem? There were no changes to the guidelines. The client had a credit issue that should have been discovered immediately upon credit bureau review. Instead, they gave this person hope that they could buy a home and allowed them to spend hundreds of dollars on inspections based on the pre-approval. Agents should be wary of any approval issued by this company and consumers would do well to make sure that an underwriter has reviewed their file before wasting time and money on making an offer and doing inspections on a home.

  After a long long struggle on how to get a home to no avail.....my daughter came home to the apartment were I was renting and said “mama get this business card call to talk about getting a home” It was Ambassador Mortgage...I called and I made an appointment.....I’m so excited!...but anyway I met a very beautiful,nice,patient lady,very polite and friendly by name Darlene... After checking my credit,it was a breaking news to me from her I’m going to own a home meaning I have been approved for a loan...that was the beginning of my success to own my home... Darlene and her team were out to work for my sake to own my home.....she worked day and night,instructing her team to get all the necessary papers work straight ...finally,the deal was closed on the 10/17/17 I got the keys for my home...Ambassador Mortgage made my dream come true....I thank God and Darlene and her team in Ambassador Mortgage..... I will say dear friends to those who need a home let your first knock comes from Ambassador Mortgage in little or no time you will own your own home like me....
