  I have used this credit union for a while now. I am never surprised at the wonderful service I get. The staff are extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them to the highest degree. They make a way even when there seems no way. They listen to their customers and then act to make it happen. My loan agent was the bomb on my latest car purchase. Thanks for all you do to make my like dreams workable.

  I highly recommends Louisiana USA federal credit union to anyone especially first time account holders. I’ve been a member for years and my toddlers are also members as well. The customer service skills are extremely outstanding and your treated more like family. Any questions will be answered and suggestions are recommended. Trust you will not be disappointed at all….

  I've been a customer for almost 3 decades! I couldn't imagine going back to traditional banks. With the addition of photo check deposits in the App, there isn't a feature anyone else offers that would be useful enough for me to consider leaving. Personal service, competitive interest rates (on loans, credit, and Deposits), and Credit Union Service Center membership, I get nationwide access with hometown service! I emphatically recommend them!

  I've been a member since I was 18 years old. I have never had any problems with Louisiana USA! Since I've turned 18, I've moved a few times so I don't live close anymore. I love that they handle my every needs whether transfers, loans, or simple questions via telephone or fax. It's a great bank to have!! I'll be a member as long as they keep me!

  I have been a member of LAUSAFCU for over 10 years now. The customer service department is always ready and willing to help with anything you may need. The loan department is so easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions you may have. I love that they offer satellite locations where I can do my banking if I'm not in the Baton Rouge area, convenience is always a plus!!   I have been a member of this credit union for a long time and I like the service they provide, always impressed of the impeccable help. They always very helpful and customer service driven. My family members also have accounts with the credit unions well. I have financed my cars and I have many loans with them in the past and the present. Also, I have my IRA account with them.   You have been my credit union since the mid-70s when it was originally Ethyl credit union. You have been very easy to deal with; I’ve had my paychecks and now Social Security and pension directly deposited with no problems. I’ve had car loans that beat everyone else and friendly people to serve me. Please keep up the good work and the friendly atmosphere. It has been a pleasure to use your services Thank you

  Banking with Louisiana USA Federal Credit Union is very pleasant and easy. The employees are friendly and treat you like a friend. I have had a very nice experience over the past 8+ years. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a financial institution.

  I guess I'm showing my age, but I have been a member since 1982, I have financed and paid off my house and a few automobiles. Any time I call, I am helped right away. I brag about my credit union all the time. My daughter is now married and has become a member. Thanks for all y'all do.. staying strong and keeping current.
