  Great experience. Being a first time home buyer Gino and Vic made everything go smoothly . Giving us a quick response when we had any questions and following up with us every step of the way to make sure that all was completed in a timely manner, giving us a heads up if there was any changes.   Besides being a wonderful caring realtor, Victoria is always available to help with referrals for upkeep problems even after finding us the perfect home 13 years ago. She also takes time to know her clients before recommending any property. Buying a new home can be very stressful and she understands that and facilitates the transaction as smoothly as possible. We would use her services again when or if we need to change residences.

  Victoria is fantastic!!! I can't say enough good things about her and the services she provided at Amare. She just sold our house in San Martin and her positive, uplifting attitude is a joy to be around and she did everything in her power to make the experience as easy and painless as possible for us. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way. We were very impressed with her marketing plan; the video and photography services she used were top notch and she did what was needed to bring top dollar for the house.   We recently hired Victoria Attanasio with Amare Real Estate to sell a loft we owned in San Jose. We were extremely happy with her professionalism, responsiveness and persistence in getting our property ready to list and quickly sold. She had a contractor that handled all required repairs without hassle, had the property beautifully staged and deep cleaned and made the entire process hassle free for us which was important being that we live 3 hours away from our listing.
