  Could not believe the service and clarity we received. John made sure both my wife and I understood every loan we had an option for, and even helped us get a head on Loan limits before they officially got raised. Really went above and beyond for us in a unique and difficult market. Wife and I work a lot and Arnez came highly recommended. John and his team are people you can trust with literally hundreds of thousands if not Millions. I’d you want a company that will be a life long partner in the industry, look no further.   After talking to several mortgage brokers I was pretty discouraged for my first time home buying experience. I thought it would be at least another year before my husband and I could buy a house. After talking with John he gave us a game plan and hope to get us qualified for a house. He gave us a check list of things we needed to take care of while he worked hard on his end. We followed his directions and took his professional advice seriously and we were able to qualify and buy our first home within months instead of years. John treated us like family and went above and beyond to get us the loan for our first home.

  John is amazing. Professional, kind, and very honest... He answered all my questions, and I asked a lot of them. 😇 When I first contacted John I was doubtful that our dream of homeownership was even possible, we had been building credit for over a year and I thought for sure we were another year or more away from even completing our dream. I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. 😍 Thankful that in just a couple short months, and fixing a few items on our credit.... WE OWN OUR FIRST HOME!!!   I don't make this review without experience. I've worked with John Arnaz in over a dozen transactions. He and his team are always on it. I made the mistake of trying out a different financial company one time (I just received a random flyer in the mail from the other company). Needless to say he welcomed me back with open arms and saved my deal to get it done in about 2 weeks when the other company couldn't get it done in 2 months! He thinks outside of the box and "big picture" which is what I like. He takes my goals and makes them a reality. No fluff, no gimmicks, just results!
