liz2The people in the front who deposit checks need to work on their friendliness towards their clients. One of the ladies seemed rude and just impatient. I suggest that employed people at the bank be friendlier and a people person. If you're impatient, I'm not going to enjoy coming and no one's going to want to deal with their attitude.

Kalid Cabrera4Giving 4/5 starts because I had a bad experience with one of the ATMs, BUT their staff gets 5/5 stars. Specially a teller named Lihn (I apologize if I spelled that wrong), who was very understanding of the problem I had with the ATM, very apologetic, and was extremely courteous. The ATM allowed me to make a withdrawal but did not dispense the cash. So, I had to file a claim and wait a week or so to be compensated. However, Lihn was super helpful on my next visit, she even remembered the ATM issue a week after and asked about it to follow up and make sure my issue had been resolved. More staff should be as courteous and helpful as her.

Jake E5Needed to withdraw $5000 from Chase Liquid for down payment on car purchase. Another branch set up the acct but never advised of the $3000 daily limit. The Branch Mgr Alexandra was able to work miracles. So grateful for her wonderful service!
