  My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Linda to purchase our dream home. She helped us get our credit in check with a very simple plan. Throughout the process of applying for a mortgage, Linda was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. Winding up to the big day, she was exceptionally organized which helped us make all the deadline requirements.   We were referred to Linda in 2013 when my wife and I bought our first home. When we decided to refinance in 2020, we didn't think twice about whom to call. Linda knows her craft, of course. But that's the benchmark for folks in her profession. What I appreciate more, and what I think truly differentiates her, is the relationship she builds with her clients. Linda communicated with us in a clear and responsive manner at every step of the mortgage process. She was quick to answer emails or phone calls. She proactively explained legal jargon and next steps--including those that felt incredibly complex to laypeople--in the simplest terms. And her work didn't stop when our mortgage was finalized. She followed up with us after the fact to make sure everything was going the way it should. She helped us submit required documents that arrived after contracts were signed. Financing or refinancing a home can feel intimidating and overwhelming. But I never felt a moment of stress during this process, because I knew we had Linda on our team.

  Linda has helped our family for over 5 years with our mortgage and refinances. She is always looking out for our best interest to save our family money. She looks for the best value which will result in the savings that we need. It amazes me as to how she is so responsive and keeps track of all of her clients. She is very organized, focused, and timely with all communications and requests. She also has a support staff that is just as efficient and responsive as she is, so the process to obtain a mortgage or refinance is always smooth.   Linda is amazing! I used her to finance my first home and she made the process so easy and explained everything to me in great lengths which really helped make me feel secure and good about my first home! After less then 2 years in my new home, Linda actually contacted me to let me know rates have lowered and I would be a good candidate for a refi - I was impressed! Not only did she lower my mortgage rate but she was also able to help me consolidate other loans into my mortgage and overall reduce my monthly spend by a very significant amount. She cares about her customers and it shows with the time and dedication she puts in! Linda was available to speak to me all the times and responded to all my emails extremely timely.   As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect from the mortgage process., but Linda and her team made it so easy! I first talked to her 6 months before I was ready to buy a house. She took the time to calculate what I would need to bring to closing and walked me through what to expect from the process. I ended up doing a private sale and she connected us with a great title company so we did not need to hire a lawyer or a realtor. She is professional, smart, and so nice. If you are looking for a home loan, stop! You will not find anyone better than Linda and her team!
