  When buying our house we went from mortgage broker to mortgage broker. Everyone said we needed this or we had to do that. Then we met Mike and Jill, we told them our limits and what we could do. They went above and beyond and made buying a house so painless. They handled everything and by the time it was over had our house purchased at a rate and down payment we could handle. They covered everything and you can tell they weren't in it for themselves and they were in it for us. I couldn't recommend these guys faster to everyone. Not only that Mike surprised us at our new house with a housewarming gift well after our business was done. They really care about helping people with their needs and we still keep in touch. Awesome 5 star experience. Highly recommend no matter what your situation is they can help you!

  Jill was so helpful with our experience on buying our first house. For a first time homeowner my wife and I were educated with everything on this process. She was gave us the best rates and was much cheaper with closing cost with major banks. She was so quick with the closing process and took care of us.   If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring Real Estate Agent, I would highly recommend Jill Kohler. She listened to what my husband and I were both looking for in a house and put together a great list of properties. She spent the day with us showing us the properties she thought we would like and by the end of that day, we found our perfect home. She was there for us, day and night, from our first conversation all the way through to settlement day. She handled everything so quickly from the agreement of sale, the inspection, appraisal up to the final walk through ending with a very quick clear to close within a months time. My husband and I will definitely be referring Jill and her husband to all our family and friends!! --

  Jill was amazing! I found a home, closed and was moved in within a month. I was very quick to get her any paperwork or verification documents she needed and the home that I was purchasing was vacant so that did help but I know even by doing those things if I worked with anyone but Jill I would still either be looking or not moved into my dream home. Geting the mortgage was even easier, she made the whole process simple. Jill is so nice, informative and honest with you.
