  I don't know exactly which office he works out of but if you are partnered up with Martin Marquez, good luck! His response times are abysmal. My most recent correspondence went out 11 days ago (aside from the message I sent today letting him know I am no longer in need of his "services") and I have not heard back from him or his assistant (who I copied in all messages since Martin seems too busy to handle his own case load). Never again will I use this lender. I am working with a mortgage broker now. I highly recommend doing the same.

  The ABSOLUTELY WORST MORTGAGE LOAN CO!!! From the very beginning, they make mistakes. We were 30 days past our original closing date. The last straw just happened. My lender failed to send paperwork for our homeowners instance, so we got cancelled. We're still waiting for a refund on an impound account that should have never been an impound account. They lost our check and to reissue. I called last week and requested a meeting with the two gentlemen Managers. Haven't heard a word. So unprofessional and ridiculous!!!

  Geanette Gomez has become a special person for my family and I. Three years ago she helped my sister buy her dream home and I was there during the whole process. She went the extra mile and did everything in her reach to help my sister reach her goal. I just closed on my house yesterday thanks to this wonderful amazing person and couldn’t be more grateful and thankful she was part of also helping me reach my goal and dream in life.   Good lord, if you are in GA- run as fast as you can. They cannot close a loan in this state. Seriously, if you want a home in GA do not use them. They are horrible. In CA they can probably do their job but not in GA.
