  This is the place where they take stolen items and offer no help for people looking for their things. Other pawn shops were more understanding. Would not recommend using this location as they could possibly be shady and take stolen items.

  This pawn shop is a JOKE!!!! I went in to pawn a ring and I was in shock! First, I got the ring from a pawn shop, two I worked in fine jewelry for 3 years, three I have had it tested for authentication and its real. I went to the counter and the lady took the ring aside to do the testing... she took awhile and when finished came to tell me that it didn't pass any of the tests and she couldn't help me. I told her that's impossible I got it from a pawn shop and had it tested. She said it's gold plated and the diamonds were fake. HAHAHA OK. So I go down the street to ez pawn and what happens next... they go test it and I get a loan... the people at super pawn are uneducated with their jewelry be careful taking jewelry there. My ring has PLAT and 14k inside the ring. PLAT DOES NOT STAND FOR PLATED IT STANDS FOR PLATNIUM... THE EMPLOYES NEED MORE TRAINING.

  I've been coming here for about four years and I enjoy this super pawn. Tony is the best clerk you could ask for. He is friendly, fast, he answers whatever questions you may have, and very informed. Their staff is great, their prices are reasonable and their merchandise is always in great shape. Shout out to the rainbow and Charleston store. The best store in town!!

  Bought a laptop from these guys for $400 Thankfully I bought the warranty because it was a total junker. When I went to do the return I explained to them that I had fraudulent activity on my DEBIT card I purchased it with so we would need to either put the return on a different card or give mr a cash refund considering it was bought with my DEBIT card. I was told they couldn't help me and there was no manager available to help come up with a solution they also told me they could not contact a manager over the phone. Mind you my warranty would be up in two days and I was returning to california that day. They told me to come back the following day to deal with a manager. This was 11am on a Saturday. I continued to ask they contact the manager or help me in some way as I had to leave back home. They refused to help me in anyway I attempted to have the return done on the card that I had just had to close earlier in the morning and thankfully was able to get that to go through and dealt withy bank as far as getting my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service! No manager, or assistant manager to help until my warranty would have been up🤔

  20190630 4pm visit not overcrowded. I declined ticket or would mention the young lady who helped me by name: professional courteous & prompt Excellent customer service. It was the end of a very hot Sunday at the end of the month; I was wearing shorts & t-shirt, I had poor customer service the previous 3 days & the rest of today city wide - none of which SHOULD matter to a business... I give this Super Pawn based entirely on her service an Excellent review. I was pleased with her initial offer, didn't haggle. More would be great, but its a pawn store. I had it online at 3 sites 2 weeks with BS response. I have little experience pawning things but have not received excellent CSR like this. I'd say the same even if we didn't come to agreement with my Air Purifier. 10 miles from me, If I pawn again, I will come here first. I hope management appreciates her superior customer service.

  This is by far the best Super Pawn location in Nevada. I have been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The manager Jen and assistant manager Gio are absolutely the most genuine people and both have have gone way above and beyond to help me wether it be a pawn, layaway or a purchase, they’ve always gone the extra mile and treated me with kindness and understanding! Another amazing employee is Melanie!! She too has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever my purpose for being there was and is just as wonderful a person!! I have been to other pawn stores and locations and never have I experienced the level of professionalism and perfect customer service as I have every time I visit this store.!!!! I am writing this review because it is the truth and it is the least I could do to give back!! I almost forgot another employee who is just as amazing as the others mentioned, his name is Tony!! Thank you all for continuing to offer a pleasant shopping experience!!

  Horrible costumer service , i was waiting patiently and i kept asking for help but was getting ignored the employees are super lazy and were acting clueless. When i got help they were being so useless !! Also i was trying to return something that was given to me broke and when they checked my device they said it was perfectly fine when it still wasn’t working !!

  Awesome Super Pawn Branch. I was extremely satisfied with the help of 3 handsome gentlemen. Jonathan helped me with my layaway - he was very accommodating. And today I purchased a laptop computer & Roberto gave me a great deal for it. Giovanni set up the whole system needed for my like-new computer. So so very happy with their service. I super highly recommend this branch!!!

  Went into the store this morning when they opened with a gold ring that was damaged. After checking it was gold and then weighing it I was offered 25$ for it. The ring weighs 3.7grams and gold is going for 56.60$ per gram. This store is a rip off but then that's normal it's a pawnshop after all.
