  I ran across this place looking for a new guitar. I loved what they had and a cheery fellow, Nick was very helpful and a riot! It's nice to come in and be treated with kindness and respect, like a good host of a party! I didn't end up purchasing (I was not pressured to which felt good), but I enjoyed my experience and will come back!

  Max Pawn Is a great place to visit. They have a huge variety of Designer handbags to choose from and at very good prices. Loved the customer service Diana was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Diana! I will definitely come back SOON!

  Went into Max Pawn to buy a handbag, WOW..... was I amazed how clean the store was and how friendly the staff was. They had a wide verity of bags to select from. Shawna was wonderful very patient and helpful. I will be recommending all of my family and friends here for there handbags. Thanks again Max Pawn and Shawna I will be back soon to buy another handbag.

  Nothing like a pawn shop employee sizing you up with your Gucci sunglasses not being upto their standards. No one goes to the pawn shop to buy new Gucci glasses, Lightly lightly used yes. Take your business where its appreciated.

  While my Wife and I were visiting Las Vegas, we went into Max Pawn just to check it out. Greeted by Steve, we thought we just wanted to browse. Started a conversation with him, and he was so incredibly entertaining - Well, we ended up buying my wife a Chanel purse and got myself a little something too. By far, our best part of our Vegas trip. We told our friends to stop in there and ask for Steve when they will be in Vegas in October. We'll compare who got the better deal - Thanks Steve, top notch service, you will see us again!

  This was my first experience pawning anything. I can see why this place has one of the best ratings in Vegas. Steve was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. If it wasn't for Steve I'd only give 4 stars because when I went to pay off my loan my experience wasn't as pleasant.

  I love the wide selection of handbags and purses Max Pawn has to offer. I love coming in to shop for myself on occasion. I can also find a variety of things my husband loves as well. Annie is always eager to help and can answer any questions I may have. I'll definitely be back several more times. Thanks Annie!

  I decided to check this place out since I been hearing good things about it. Let me tell you, I'll be coming back! Our sale associate, Diana, was super nice & very knowledgable wit her products!! She' super helpful & got me a great deal on my Prada Sunglasses!! I love it! I'll be coming back and refer you guys to my family & friends!! Thanks!

  I was looking to sell my headphones at this store. Customer service seemed respectful at first but gave me prices that were completely unrealistic. Buying my headphones for $50 - $70 and doing a mark up to $200? I don't even receive 50% of what it costs used. This review wouldn't have even been made if the employee working on 7/8/2018 at 4:50 PM just said "You're Welcome" to my "Thanks for the help man". This guy didn't even say goodbye and just hung up the phone. For all companies that are running out of business because they can't compete with Amazon, having your employees work on their customer service and business etiquette could be a start.

  I never write reviews but found it a must here. Simply because most pawn shops don't care about the things you are concerned with.. I been buying and having to get loans from time to time over the years at Max. I have allways been treated very friendly here as well as gotten great deals on merch. When in a pinch for cash they have come thru for me the best they could. As to other pawn shops they don't give you the time or day. So quick to tell you no
