  I had a few issues with finding a lender to purchase the home I wanted but I was referred to Sergio Rodriguez who was willing to work with me. He was able to utilize his knowledge and expertise in the business to work out a plan that would work for me. Sergio and his team worked diligently to get me the home I wanted. I would recommend Sergio to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

  Sergio along with his team were the best help ever in helping me purchasing my first home. I would strongly recommend to go to Alterra Home loans if you are interested in purchasing a home. There was a time when I thought I wasnt going to get approved because of reasons but they always re assured me and made me feel positive about it and little do you know I ended up buying my first home at the age of 23. I also want to thank Marcella one of his fellow staff team for always being so nice and also being patient with me answering to my calls and texts when ever I would call. Even when she was off the clock and was already home she would text me back answering any questions I had. They really are the best ever. I can't ever get tired of thanking them so much. My dad also moved his home loan to Alterra Home loans that's how good they are.

  I had been trying to buy my future house since October 2018, but nobody was helping me. I keep submitted all kinds of paper work to these loan officers and they would just waste my time. Yet, working with Altera home loans was very pleasant experience. I called Sergio middle of the week afternoon and told him my situation and by the next day, in morning, I was already pre-approved. Sergio meet all my expectations and he was very professional. In addition, working with his assistant Jose Robles was very kind, nice, and friendly. I could reach him at any hour by phone or email, and he would always respond. Thank you for your great customer service.

  I had a hard loan , with others telling me I couldn’t get a home loan but I found Dawna . She is awesome , I was having problems with my computer so she did whatever it took to meet me places to have me sign . She made my Experience buying a home so great! She is very kind and professional I would recommend her and her staff to all my Friends and family :)

  This guys are the best in the business. My loan process was fast and easy they don’t give you the run around and they don’t waiste your time.   Lilyana provided an excellent service even though me and my family were not in an ideal situation. She was able to close within three weeks. She showed tremendous knowledge and patience with all the challenges that were thrown her way. Day and night, literally, she was available to answer all my question.
