      Admittedly, I have only been to the Sandy Branch once. But I do love Bank of American Fork and I have never had an unpleasant experience in my 16 years of banking with them. Their customer service seems fabulous at every branch.

      "I'm sorry but unless you're a customer you can't cash a check through the drive through and also our lobby is closed on Saturday and also only a manager can override the policy to cash a check for a non-customer and also all managers take Sautrdays off." Imagined the above spoken in a apethetic monotone effeminate voice. The service rep seemed happy to turn me away over "the policy". I will forever remember to never bank with Bank of American Fork.

      I love Bank of American Fork I’ve been with them for years but the sandy location is the worst! One of the tellers is so rude! He talks like he doesn’t care to help you or that you’re a burden to him.

      Wired bank. I thought I was back in the 80's. I went in to open an account but was turned off by the strange rules and fees. No thank you strange product of Utah county. Side note- when there is multi-level marketing on display at a financial institution; run!
