  I have banked with bank of af for years and years now and they really are a great bank. However, the Murray branch’s customer service is one of the worst I have seen... I ALWAYS wait at least 15 min in the drive - thru JUST until someone says can I help you. I don’t get talked to before that. I come to this branch because my work is 5 min away from it. But because of the CS experience that I have received every single time, I’m probably not going to that branch anymore. If you’re so short staffed, or whatever, at least have the courtesy to let us know it will be a minute before you can get to us (me).

  They cancelled my online banking because I had not logged in. Then they refused to pay me the bonus interest because I didn't meet the requirements of an online account. Terry, the manager, kept giving me excuses. From my experience, this bank is more difficult to work with when it comes to fees and serve it's own interests before it's customers. Local isn't always better. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

  I have an account here that I don't use very often and doesn't have that much money in it. But if you don't use your account it turns out that they steal $5 per month for an inactive account fee. Sneaky and crooked theft... Not what Bank of American Fork used to be, I'll never use them again.

  My business has been a long time customer of Bank of American Fork. Their people are very nice and friendly. They have been great to work with in getting loans and other financing. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

  I've banked with Bank of American fork for many years , even when they changed to Alta bank ! The day i visited the Alta bank in Murray it had been robbed minutes before i got there it was closed i went to the bank (Alta) in Draper, Ut. I got what i needed done quickly and went back to work i was on my lunch break that day

  Please, please carefully review and note the reviews. They used to be very customer driven, and have since become vert stringent/strict with NO flexibility for former Good long-term customers. Won't miss you, found a much better banking solution. Please look forward to nine similar reviews about your lack of understanding and ability to work with long-term, Former customers

  Not open during advertised hours - here at the early drive through hours. UPDATE: The branch/area managers have reached out to me and are looking into the issue. I feel like it won't be a repeat, but unfortunately this isn't my regular branch so I won't personally know!

  Never met better staff anywhere else. The environment is cozy and comfortable because the team makes it that way. Unlike big banks, they are always willing to work with you.

  Wow, this is why I am leaving this bank, you can’t access your money without telling you my occupation! Then when I need to get from point A to B, the card NEVER WORKS! Terrible Bank go down the street and get a different bank!!!!

  Christian was so super helpful and sweet he really went above and beyond and I will always be cashier my checks there from now on
