  Couldn't be more pleased. I'm from the east coast. Bought a diamond bracelet here 5 years ago and was so impressed with the craftsmanship from this jeweler that I've been looking for an opportunity to come back. To match my ensemble i came in hoping to achieve and obtain several specific things. Namely, a diamond ring with diamonds set in a single line. A black ring that'd fit on my middle finger. And a ring for either my pointer or thumb. I'd have been okay of any of these had been fulfilled. So I'm very very pleased to say i got everything i wanted. BAM! Haha! whaat?! Angelo i believe, had the perfect diamond ring i came in for in a line with a slight wave to it that catches light and throws beautiful sparks like you wouldn't believe. In just a few hours he was able to resize an existing ring of mine to fit my pointer finger. And it looked brand new again when i got it back. Thanks for that And the silver and black ring combo go really well either stacked together or separate. Can't decide which way i like more. Cool cool cool. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. I truly hope it isn't another 5 years before i make it back.

  Drove 45 minutes to come to Classic Jewelers because of the reviews and they closed at 5:30 instead of 6!!! He was walking out and we tried to talk to him and he straight up ignored me. I’m so upset about this. Then we’re sitting here trying to find another place to go and he shows up again 10 minutes later, has me roll down my window and asks if we needed something. Said yeah we came down to sell some jewelry but you closed early. Then he points to half a sheet of paper with tiny print saying that we just have to call and we didn’t have to leave a negative comment online. That’s the only reason he came back. He says “we’ll be getting it removed!” Like I’m going to come inside now. What poor customer service.

  Angelo was awesome to work with!!! He is very upfront and true to his word. He custom made an engagement ring for me based off of one video I sent him and it looked identical! My fiancée is obsessed with her ring. He is super talented and worked with me to keep it in my price range. The prices here are also the best you are going to find!! I drove from Idaho just to pick up the ring and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you need a ring, talk to Angelo today. You won’t regret it!

  Classic Jewelers exchange is the best store I have ever been into. What makes it so unique is the personal care and amazing service by Angelo. My fiancé surprised me with the most beautiful engagement ring that he and Angelo spent time to personally design. He sent him pictures through the process and had a one of a kind ring ready just in time for our vacation and a perfect engagement. The ring was slightly big so I took it back to be resized and Angelo had it done for me the very next day. All my friends and family were saying that other jewelry stores can take up to a couple weeks for a resizing. He also advised on proper insurance for the ring to make sure it was covered and included 6 month cleanings and a lifetime warranty. I am so impressed with the level of service and commitment that Angelo has. You can tell that he really cares about the product and the customer experience. I have gotten countless compliments on my unique ring and wear It proudly knowing its the only one in existence. We will be going back for our wedding bands and any other future jewelry needs. I HIGHLY recommend Classic Jewelers Exchange to anyone who wants a great experience and a trustworthy product.

  Great place to do business with!! Highly recommend. I ordered a ring from Classic Jewelers Exchange and I felt that I had a personal relationship with them. They made sure the ring that I ordered was done right and that it was great quality. They did it in a timely manner and did everything that I had requested. And the ring came out perfect!

  I went here with the love of my life and purchased the most beautiful engagement ring. I could not be more happy or excited! Angelo helped us pick it out and was so nice the entire time we were there and made the purchase so enjoyable. He was not pushy at all.   We bought wedding rings from Angelo 5 years ago when he was an owner at another jewelry store. We kept our business with him after he left because he has always provided excellent service, offers great prices, and does custom designs. Dont let the big chains fool you, just go to Angelo.

  Owner is awesome. My wife lost one of the diamonds in her wedding ring. Of course no one could replace it. Angelo recommended replacing the setting and have a custom ring made from the old one. He was able to do both and not hit the pocket book hard. You think custom and expensive comes to mind. Not so. Wedding ring looks perfect and the custom ring is outstanding. Have and will continue to use this establishment
