  Alpha Lending and Dillon were incredible for us when it came to buying our first home. We knew nothing about how the process worked and Dillon was available at any time to answer questions or concerns we had. They also broke out information into clear and easy to understand terms so we could grasp the financial side and logistics of purchasing a home. I can't recommend them highly enough and will not use anybody else in the future in the case of our next home. Excellent customer service with a personable agent is something hard to find in most fields.

  This was a great company to work with. I used this them when I bought my home last year and was very impressed how fast the process was. Dillon listened to my situation and he found a program that made it easy for a first time home buyer like me to feel confident buying my home. We were able to close in a little over 2 weeks from when I first called him and sent him my info. He was professional and answered all my questions, he even showed up to closing to make sure everything went smoothly. I just recently went back to him to refinance and he was able to get it done with very little documentation from me and he saved me a bunch of money every month. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

  This was our second time buying a house, Dillon was great, he took great care of us and made sure that we understood everything, he showed us what we need to do to get a better rate when we are ready to refi. he definitely cares about his clientele. He even called us while he was on vacation to make sure we were okay!

  He made us miss our closing date because he did not order the appraisal when the builder told him he should. We had to reschedule our whole move because he did not do his job. NO apology or any signs of remorse for how his actions affected our move. We Have had five prior real estate transactions that went perfect. This was the worst experience! We Would NEVER recommend or use him again.

  I am sorry we had to move the closing date.There was a lack of communication of when the home was, or was not complete at the time of the appraisal. The appraiser was told it was complete, when there was still work being done. I am sorry this happened.
