  Cheryl and Lindsey have, again, proved themselves to be the the most professional team in the mortgage business. Lindsey left nothing to chance and is so incredible organized, we did not have any issues with the submitted docs, the underwriting or the closing. Lindsey's financial advice was always in our best interest. I cannot recommend Cheryl's team highly enough. I have been working with them for many years and they just get better. My wife and I are blessed to have them in our lives.

  We decided to refinance and take advantage of the low interest rates. The only place we use is Nova Home Loans - Cheryl Braunschweiger.   Our experience with our refinance at Nova Home Loans was professional, comfortable and painless! We were worried that it would be stressful, but the whole team helped to put us at ease whenever we had questions or concerns. We were referred to Cheryl by a close friend of ours who is a real estate agent. When we asked him where we should go to refinance, he said Cheryl at Nova without hesitation! We had previously tried to refinance with our bank and, the whole experience was absolutely horrible! When we called Cheryl to inquire, she explained the process, gathered our initial information and got the ball rolling. She was a plethora of knowledge and professionalism. She was kind, courteous and attentive. Cheryl made us feel so comfortable with everything and was quick to answer all of our questions whenever we called, from the beginning to the end of the process. We really admire Cheryl's willingness to help us whenever we needed her, and the way she let us know that we mattered. We were NOT just a number. We worked with Dawn who helped us through the rest of the process. She was also attentive and knowledgable and helped us tremendously. We would highly recommend Nova Home Loans to anyone who asks.   Learning about lending processes is confusing and time consuming. Cheryl's team does a perfect job providing information without taking up too much time. Other lenders I've talked to spent a long time on the phone or through email to tell me very little. Also, Cheryl's team followed through on everything they predicted at the beginning of the process. The terms and time frame were accurate up to the end. Their communication is quick and polite which is very appreciated.

  NOVA had an extraordinary team for me to work with. They worked tirelessly to make certain that my loan was completed, not only on time, but faster than I could have ever imagined. Every deadline was met, and in some cases, ahead of schedule. My questions were answered and document explanations were completed with patience and kindness. The team was available nights, weekends, and even on a holiday. Dawn, in particular, impressed me by going above and beyond what is normally expected. She was proactive in notifying and certifying that my funds were distributed to the authorized recipient after receiving a fraudulent email. She even made the trip to Loveland to support me at the loan closing. The NOVA team is exceptional and I will not only recommend them to friends and family but it would be my pleasure to use them again myself.
