      Nothing but great things to say. Banked with them for years. Many car loans, home loans, checking, savings, credit card. Mostly worked with Heather and she's AWESOME!

      Never been so disrespected in my entire life. I recently got a lead position in the cannabis industry. A good , well paying job. I live with my family , I am a father. When I recently visited NHCU on my work break (one of the few times I can , due to the fact I live 40 miles away) the teller completely disrespected me as a person. Not only did she make faces when I walked up to the desk, once I was seated in the lobby her loud mouth went off about “how that kid stunk” she continued to make noises, and carried on with her coworker . I WAS 4 FEET AWAY. What kind of person in the service industry doesn’t have the common sense to be respectful to her credit unions customers? This wasn’t the first time she’s been rude and disrespectful either. Yet, this did happen to be the time where she went too far. I’m a honest man, making a honest living. Next time I’d like to see her tell the mechanic or oil field worker they’re too dirty they’ve been at work and disrespect them. I took this job to better myself and my family. North Horizon Credit Union doesn’t care about the person I am or what I do to feed my family. The same goes for the person reading this. Very disappointed I must keep revisiting to continue to pay my auto loan. Truly an unwelcoming environment.

      When I first joined this credit union it was really good until about 1 to 2 years ago. I since then have had frequent problems with my account the biggest one is that even though Im not using my card some how I seem to mysteriously owe them $30.00 every two weeks. I have gone in there multiple times to try and fix the problem by cancelling my card and getting a new one and it still seems to happen.I do not recommend this bank to anyone that is trying to save money or one day wants you because pretty sure they'll rob you as well. I have come across other members of the union who have this same problem so its not just me.

      I wish i would have read reviews before i decided to do business here. Wait times for customer service is longer than lines at wal-mart. With so many credit unions, borrower , go else where.

      This "Credit Union" is completely inaccessible on nights or weekends. They repeatedly block my debit card with no way to contact them to turn it back on. I am an over the road truck driver. I have asked them to NOT block my card. I told them that I will report if there's a problem. They control my money with no accountability. I will close my account the moment I arrive back in Denver, Colorado.

      Would be a great Credit union if they had some kind of way to stop charging your account when there is no money. They allowed damn near negative $300 dollars to be withdrawn mostly $30 over draft charges, so something that cost $2.00 is now $32 dollars and they just kept adding it on. They’re supposed to protect and keep your money safe not rob you blind of it. Horrible!

      I have had my car loan through this bank for the last three years or so, I just recently paid off my entire loan and I cannot tell you how happy I am to be done with the bank. They have the WORST service I've ever experienced and it is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. I was never able to create a username and password for online payments because it kept saying I needed to call the bank for a password, but could never get ahold of anyone there. They also placed an alarm system in my car that was supposed to beep when I was late on a car payment, but it would beep even if I wasn't late and it would take them several days to turn it off. The only positive thing about this bank is that I was able to make my payments at other credit unions, so I never had to step foot in that building and could limit the amount that I had to deal with them. Would not recommend them to anyone and have in fact told many of my friends and family already to steer clear.

      Every time I go through the drive-thru the staff is rude and takes their sweet time to get things for you. Then the time it takes your transactions from your debit to actually go through and be noted on your account is ridiculous. I've paid bills online with my debit card and done a funds transfers and it has taken so long to get the transaction through that by the time it's noted the bill is late. My other complaint is when I log in I have to re-register my computer and have it send a code which is frustrating to do every single time. I keep trying to talk myself into staying here but I'm ready to leave this place. Only maybe two people I've met here have treated me with actually customer service, the rest act like they could care less about you or their job. I would recommend trying a different credit union to anyone looking.
