      I have been with First Bank for over 15 years. From checking & savings accounts, mortgage loans and business loans they have taken great care of me. Customer service provided by First Bank is always to notch and their fees are minimal. I recommend First Bank to everyone.

      Every time I've ever had to go into this bank location I've always been greeted with smile's.. And I've never waited more than 2-3 minutes.. They have a 5 Star rating as far as I'm concerned.

      Made me wait for the new person to train how to open an unusual account that they said they very rarely do. So the manager should have just done it and saved me time

      Christina Padilla the assistant manager was wonderful, my debit card information was stolen and huge amounts were taken out of my account that the fraud department missed. She worked diligently trying to help me, making several calls and going above and beyond. She followed through with calling me the following days with updates. It was refreshing dealing with someone who did what they said they'd do. She was kind and empathetic and really helped me out. I recommend this branch and I've been a customer with First Bank for 17 years.

      DO NOT USE FIRSTBANK!!! Was just married and had to change checking/savings accounts. We both had FirstBank prior. Instead of doing what we asked they cancelled our debit cards and put a "Hold Card" order on them (what they do for stolen cards). I was at a sporting goods store when not only was my card rejected but security had to get involved and card was confiscated. Very embarrassing moment in front of huge line of people. I managed to explain myself and get the card back. Tried it at an actual FistBank ATM to see if it was a one time thing. ATM confiscated my card and bank was closed at the time. I have zero access to funds and customer service said this morning they would retrieve my card and to call when this branch opens. Still have not received call and still have zero access to funds! Horrible customer service! ATM is constantly broken!

      They only had $3,000 available in actual cash for withdrawal, which is too low for a banking branch to have. Otherwise, good customer service.

      Tthe branch of bank in Colorado give high best lever of costumer service they are really very friendly and always try to give best service and my experience with them prove that always , I had paper which I should finished out of the bank then bring to the bank to notary it ,and I have hard time to find someone help me for few days even that was not their job on the bank to help me to fill those information , bit one guy name Collin Dyk and other lady I just forgot her name and I'm sorry did not mention her name she with Collin did their best to help me ,Collin good personality person smile and most you thin he tried to help costumer other employees too plus their manager she is nice lady and Collin did call inorder he be able finished my paper and it took him almost 1 houre to finished his call inorder finished my paperwork completely . I'm appreciated 😊 really your help .and other guy as well I recommended any person have bank issue headed to there it's my favourite bank in all Colorado .thank you so much guys make my paper done .

      This bank is wonderful. I’m a college student and know very little about finances or anything else bank related but the employees here are so kind and helpful. I was in depositing checks and Beth offered all sorts of helpful information on ways to make the process easier. I appreciate the high level of customer service I receive here.

      Was told I have to take off my hat but the gentleman that was inside before I was had a hat on the only difference is I'm a brown man haha I will never be coming back to this first bank again
