  I've been with PFG for over a year now with no issues. No issues with my car, no issues with the company. So long as you make your payments - no problems. Times when I've requested a few more days to make my payment, Kylie and Elmer have been very accommodating.

  My daughter is young and makes a limited income she purchased a car from Cactus jacks with out my knowledge. The car broke down before 2 months. She called and they told her it was out of warranty. She has been making her payment without having a working car. I recommended contacting them to see the cost to fix it and she was told after tacking it in that it would be $350 to change a part to find out what the problem is? makes no sense. So still without a working car and having to make her car payment which means I have to give up use of my car so she can get to work. Know this company is scandalous, shotty workmanship, basically liars. But if your a day late they will blow your phone up with rude messages. if I could add audio to this I would let you here the messages they leave on my phone. Please do not finance a car through this company ever. Despicable service. They don't deserve the 1 star it should be -5.

  The people who work there are very rude. They don't wanna work with you. After having my car for less than a month it started messing up on me when I called and told them they told me to bring it in I did so only for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I called them again and i took it in and they had my car for almost 3 weeks with no loaner car. They took my car to another dealership for them to work on and that dealership gave me a car to use. If I could get out of my loan I would. They need to at least be understanding that people fall on hard times and sometimes things get mixed up but they don't and acted like they are so perfect. If you could get a car loan through someone else I really would because these people are heartless!!!

  Pfg funding has been a blessing. I had bad credit when I first purchased my vehicle. They financed my loan and have been helpful every step of the way. I've had my loannow 2 years and with making my payments on time my credit score has gotten better.

  They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and will not let me retrieve my personal belongings out of the vehicle they wrongfully repossessed. I spoke to the manager Charles with 2 other witnesses when he told me they would not honor my contract with them. This place is fraudulent and immoral. I do not recommend dealing with them at all!

  DO NOT GO HERE OR THROUGH CACTUS JACKS= I have had no problem til I switched jobs and they refuse to change my due dates to my new pay days I now have a bill due on the opposite of my pay dates and they are nothing but rude to me and i'm stuck with this bill thanks to cactus jacks who had a contract and promised covered maintenance and they canceled their contract with pfg and now i'm stuck with a car with electrical issues literally; no maintenance; and a $400 to $600 a month payment i am barely able to afford and no where will refinance for me cause the car is to old and high mileage. So thanks for nothing.

  Relatively easy to work with; however, my account rep called my landlord on the day my payment was due, not late, not past due, DUE, because he "assumed" my landlord was my "significant other" due to the fact we had the same address, even though he was clearly stated as "landlord" on my paperwork. My account manager is also known to call me three times within 15 minutes on my cell phone during a work day, and if he didn't get an answer he would call my WORK with this question, "I can't remember if we set a payment for today or if you were going to call if you were going to MAKE a payment today". very unprofessional. But Elmer is awesome.
