  Allison was amazing to work with on our home purchase! She researched all the options available to us and presented us with the full list, including pros and cons of each. She is very knowledgeable about large acreage properties. We never had to worry about any steps because Allison kept us updated and on track for an easy, on time closing.   Allison and her team were nothing short of amazing. We closed in three weeks. This is unheard of. Not to mention in times of COVID, during the Christmas and New years holidays. Her team was absolutely professional. We closed earlier than expected. I have bought many houses over the years, this process was beyond smooth. When I thought I could no longer use my VA certificate due to an issue with a previous home sale VA assumption when we were told it would be released, Allison within hours found a way to use it again, when all other realtors and brokers told us don't even try. Our Realtor Corey Popejoy and Allison and her team were amazing, if you have thoughts of using anyone else, don't, go with this team, you will be glad you did !!! Thanks again Allison !!!
