  My first time buying a house I assumed would be a long and difficult process, quite the contrary. The team at Synergy were super helpful, quick with responses and got us closed is less than 30 days. It was great working with a smaller organization, it was a more personal experience unlike working with big banks or companies where every time you call you speak to a different person and have to repeat yourself over and over. We will definitely be using them when it comes time to refinance.

  It was a great experience working with Beau and Mariah at Synergy Mortgage Solutions. We received a few different refinance quotes from other lenders when initially starting the process and when comparing the quotes, Beau pointed out inaccuracies with our other quotes. The competitors quote looked like a better deal with a lower loan amount and escrow numbers but Beau warned me that the pay off figures and escrow numbers were not accurate. We decided to move forward with a competing company and exactly what Beau predicted would happen, did happen. All of the loan figures increased substantially! This made us come back to Synergy Mortgage, as we felt the level of attention to detail (and what truly was the better offer) should have won out in the beginning. Whatever you do, listen to what they educate you on, they know their stuff! We will recommend Synergy Mortgage Solutions to anyone we can and will definitely be back for our future needs.
