      The worst bank ever. Bank manager, Tatyana was very arrogant. She greeted other people but did not greet us. We asked to do one simple transaction they made many technical errors. When we told them we did not agree to the wrong transaction and did not want to sign, they still went ahead and did the transaction without our consent. We had enough and asked to close the account. The manager stood there with arrogance and was not apologetic. Her assistant was nice and apologized. Take your business somewhere else

      Terrible service!! 30 min waiting to be served, I was the only customer in the bank, everyone looking at each other's faces doing basically nothing, I had to leave because I ALSO WORK and I can't spend my whole day waiting to be served in a bank for a simple cashier's check.

      Went 11/3/2021 to get notary service but was told that person was promoted and transferred-no other notary on premises, despite being told 2 days prior a different story. I had a time sensitive paper that needed to be done ASAP so had to go to nearest UPS store with notary which cost me $10.00. I feel BOA should cover and reimburse me for this and after talking to 4 different people at BOA I am about ready to take my business elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer with BOA for 21 years and have never been so disappointed with the lack of customer service that I received today. Is BOA willing to lose a customer of 21 years over $10?? If BOA responds to this like other complaints please note-I do not do any social media so you will have to provide another way for me to contact you.

      This costumer service is one of the bad ones I came in and just one single gentlemen smile at me and ask me about what do I came for. I explain him and then went to the cashier Megan and I feel like in a funeral the atmosphere here is so negative. So I just pay and went out as fast as I can. I'm so sorry for people who deal with this type of place. I give 3 stars because MERCY touch my heart.

      Can't wait to close my account with B of A. 2 days trying to get a simple cashiers check for an auto purchase. Could not verify my ID with my Drivers Licenses, Passport, and Social Security card. Quick drive to my shared branch credit union account and check cut in 30 second with just my drivers licenses. Stay away from BoA

      Been a BOA account holder for 6 years. Made a clear request for a letter confirming a few details about my account. After a week the letter was ready. I was told that i could come pick it up and if the person attending me wasn't there then it would be with her manager. When I arrived the manager knew nothing of the situation and had no way to access the employees files to get the letter. Fair enough, the manager offered to overnight the letter to me as this was the second time I had shown up on bad information. I accepted and the letter did not arrive. When I called back I was informed that the letter had not been mailed. Finally after visiting for the third time I did receive the letter, which did not full fill 2 of the 4 things i specifically asked for in my request. Unfortunately I will need to take my business else were, I don't mind security, however being lied to repeatedly is not acceptable business.

      I went the 30th of August to deposit $223 to pay off my car loan. Adrianne was the one who attended me. I think she tried to do a good job but I had a bad experience with her. I think she’s good as a teller but not above that. It was a nightmare with her to figure out where she put my money. It took 10 calls with Bank of America customer service to figure my situation out. I had an appointment on the 4th of September but I chose to not go because of my bad experience with her and her lack of experience. I believe she needs more training. She put my money in 2 different places when it was supposed to go to my principle only.

      Reading some less than favorable reviews for this Smokey branch is a real head scratcher. My and family’s experience with the entire staff is and has always been 5*, for all services. So, I urge all to give Ms. Oaks and her awesome team a total picture critique. I’m sure that as we inch closer to normal, the smart folks will come back and appreciate BofA and this (my only) branch. How many super nationals kept their lobby open these past 4 months? How long have you waited in crazy long drive up lines just to deposit a check or use the ATM? We didn’t wait a cumulative 15 minutes over 4 months! I

      I attempted to do a wire transfer online but due to the low online Iimit I needed to go to a branch. I stopped in today to do the wire transfer that has to be in today. They couldn't accommodate me for a wire transfer without an appointment and said I could make one for another day. They could however take time to give me a cashier check for a charge of $15 which I will take to another bank to accommodate my banking needs and wire transfer. I'm slowing transitioning away from this bank.

      I am what BoA call a “Preferred Rewards Platinum Honors Client”, however had to waste over an hour at this branch for them to tell me at the end I can not cash a 4 digit check. Went to Chase 3min away and it took them literally 2 minutes to complete the transaction. I have never seen such poor costumer service in my life. I dealt with 3 bankers including the branch manager (also useless)... I will never visit this BoA branch again!
