  We used Allied Title for our closing this summer and had a great experience. We have used other companies for real estate closings in the past, and Allied Title provided the best experience by far. They were extremely responsive to my questions and they made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend them.

  My transactions with Allied Title go very smooth and I never have to send multiple emails to confirm they have received documents! Everyone I've corresponded with respond immediately.   If I could give Allied Title & Escrow more than 5 stars I would! They were incredible quick to respond, easy to get them on the phone when we had questions about a potential title issue (that could have sunk our purchase). On top of that - when a snowstorm hit during my closing (!!) they drove to me in Falls Church to get everything done on schedule. Again, amazing people to work with and really, when it comes down to it, the team you want there when you need them for your real estate transaction!

  Allied Title is a great company to work with! Not only are they easy to get a hold of if I have any questions, they are quick with sending their documents to us, and they are easy to work with if the needs of the borrowers change and cause the entire transaction to change.   First time working with Allied Title and Escrow. It was a very positive experience and smooth process. Rehanah, the closer, was responsive, professional and ready to help as needed. With the fast pace environment we are experiencing in the housing sector and needing to close sometimes in 24 days or less it is imperative to have good partners. This will not be the first or last time I use Allied Title. Great job.

  Allied Title and Escrow is A+++ when it comes to professionalism and customer service. Melissa White the processor, went through hoops while dealing with a difficult and constantly changing transaction. She rolled with the punches and never complained nor seemed annoyed through my ever changing requests. She was quick to respond, and solution oriented. This company knows understands the ins and outs when working with investors and all of the obstacles that can accompany a transactions when there are several parties involved. I appreciate her quick thinking and her accommodating me. Their Attorney Matt was even helpful in advising in a tough situation. I appreciate companies that value their clients, it seems these days care is a thing of the past. Refreshing to know that good people are still out there.

  Allied Title and Escrow is the fifth title company I have worked with and in short, “ They Rock !”. They provided fast, friendly, accurate, service all through the escrow process. Their response times to queries were incredibly fast, almost as if coupled to the SEND button on my keyboard. Their use of current technologies for sending and receiving confidential documents and getting approvals and signatures allows very efficient processing since it eliminates the need for scheduling appointments and visits to an office location. Even with phone messages if the person I was trying to reach was not available, the one taking the message took full ownership of what was required and got it done. Each and every individual that I interfaced with displayed a high degree of motivation in assuring complete customer satisfaction. Yes, “ They Rock !”

  We used Allied Title & Escrow and a couple of our friends have used them too. They were very proactive with their communication and kept us up to date with what was going on. They seem more savvy (technology, closed at our house, etc) than other title companies I've used in the past. I definitely recommend them.
