      Towing a utility company vehicle, that was literally working in a manhole on your property. You have a great towing contractor. Oh and they dropped our truck for $10 once we looked out of our splice truck and saw what they were doing. Makes sense especially if we were working the cables that might be providing your circuits. Probably want to rethink who you do business with. **** To reply **** You can check your security cameras facing the lot. It was between 10:30p and 11:30p 3/16/2022. I just want to make you aware of the level of conartists you employ to patrol your lot.*****

      This branch is drive through only, which does not make sense being in the middle of an urban area where a lot of people don't have cars. The amount of services they offer is also extremely limited. 2 stars because the woman I spoke to here was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it's borderline useless as an actual bank.

      On Sunday, September 5th, I parked at the Wells Fargo Clarendon branch, and used their ATM (12:11 pm). I came back a little while later and found that my car had been towed by Advanced Towing (at 12:38 pm). There is no warning sign that a) customers only have a short time after using the machine before cars get towed, b) there is no grace period, and c) towing is enforced 24/7. I've tried calling Wells Fargo, but haven't gotten through. I will update the review after I do. This was a very expensive cash withdrawal ($160).

      As stated in several other reviews, the Wells Fargo parking lot is subject to aggressive towing despite very sparse and unclear signage regarding parking. I parked in the lot (it was almost entirely empty) well after business hours. I saw signs in one area saying parking was for bank customers only. I parked in a row where there were no signs at all. Thinking I was in the clear because there were no signs and the bank was long closed anyway, I proceeded to park... only to find my car gone upon return. Predatory, unnecessary, and unfriendly for promoting local business - Wells Fargo should be ashamed.

      Amazing service. Scheduling beforehand due to COVID situation allows to have a safe and personalize experience. Staff is willing to help. Service and products of the bank fit your needs. I really recommend Wells Fargo. Also they have well prepare bilingual staff. More than pleased to have Wells Fargo as my main financial service.

      Yesterday I went there at 1:35pm to do some deposits of my office, It was a very simple job but the Lazy teller didn’t like it, she got mad immediately, She asked other Ethiopian lady why didn’t I drop them to their night drop box !!!! She was very unprofessional, rude and made a embarrassing situation for me. She was alone in teller area that time and unfortunately I didn’t have any other options. My question is If a teller doesn’t like to deposit funds to customers accounts what else she can do in a Bank ???????? A customer should have own choice either to go to the counter or drop off to the night drop box. Why does a teller try to divert a customer to the drop box ????? Very unprofessional and frustrating service !!!!

      Parked there and got towed immediately. I’m sure they work with the predatory towing company, advanced towing. The signs say parking for well cargo customers only (I am one) and got towed. I’ll be banking with someone else now.

      Parked my car there at 6:30pm on a Sunday night for dinner at a near-by restaurant and it was towed by "Advanced Towing" predatory towers. Only signs said that parking was for bank customers, but since bank was closed, I thought it was ok to park. No signs stated that towing enforced outside of business hours. Learned from the tow company that this Wells Fargo branch contracts with them to tow cars from their lot. Can't believe Wells Fargo is such a bad partner for downtown businesses in Arlington. Can't believe Wells Fargo doesn't post signs like other businesses that says towing enforced 24/7. Would never bank with this Wells Fargo branch or any other branch.

      I honestly have never had a pleasent experience at this branch but recently I was given information from a staff memeber about using the mobile deposit app which was incorrect and then accrued 2 over draft fees because of my funds not being available to me because of this information. They had zero recourse of rectifying this mistake other than refering me to an unhelpful 1-800 number and were completely dismissive, indifferent, and apathetic to my situation. The bank manager Nicholas wouldn’t even make eye contact with me or offer help to his discombobulated staff. In addition to all the bad press wellsfargo is under already I would incourage account holders to cancle their accounts or atleast avoid this branch. I know that once I get access to my funds I will be cancling my account after this horrendose experience.
