  I highly recommend Allied Pacific Financial for all of your home financing needs. I have closed a few refinance loans with Stephanie, for my own property. She is super awesome, knowledgeable and made it so easy to close my loan with the least amount of stress! I really enjoyed working with her, that I now work with her. I have been in the loan industry for many years and have dealt with many loan officers and I can say that I would not want to work with anyone else but Stephanie. She always makes sure all of her clients are happy and taken care of!! :)

  I was referred to Stephanie at Allied Pacific Financial by family who had worked with her on two previous occasions. She came highly recommended and I am so thankful I chose to go through her to refinance my home. The entire process went quickly and all parties involved, the appraiser, escrow officer, notary and lender were very professional and efficient. Any and all of my questions were answered efficiently, leaving me with the confidence that my questions had been addressed correctly.

  Allied Pacific Financial is amazing !!! I reached out to Stephanie after being referred to her for mortgage advice as I was trying to purchase my first home . I was pretty nervous about being a first time home owner but Stephanie was available to answer any questions I had and made sure to not move forward until I fully understood everything which I found comforting .Her and her team were nice and knowledgeable.The whole process was pretty fast and painless. I can’t thank her enough for helping me secure my first home in sunny San Diego. I will be going back to Stephanie again once it's time to refinance and refer my friends as well.

  Worked with Scott Smith to get a loan on my home purchase and can’t say enough good things about the service. I am someone that price shops and also filled out an application with what is probably the most well known mortgage lender. I decided to go with Allied Financial since I got a good feeling that Scott was sincere and trustworthy, the other lender did not seem to have time to talk to me and when he did I felt rushed and talked down to. We had a tight deadline and Scott made sure it all went smoothly and my loan secured through Allied Pacific Financial offered a lower interest rate and closing cost then I would have gotten with another lender. Scott was genuinely trying to get me the best rate and helped to assure the seller about financing. Him and his team were easy to get a hold of and were quick to respond to my questions, very friendly and helpful. Having worked with another lender in the past the difference in service was incredible. Scott is trying to get you the best loan package and appreciates the business which I did not feel is the case with other lenders I have worked with. Would go straight to Allied Financial in the future and highly recommend it.

  Allied pacific finicial and Scott Smith my loan agent made my first home buying experience feel so smooth and easy.   Stephanie and her team made the refinance process incredibly easy and quick. All of my questions were answered immediately and directly so I knew early on if the loan would work for me. Also, the document signing and notary process was quick and efficient.
