  I became a member after moving back to the state in 2017. They have been wonderful helping me get re-established with my accounts here in Oklahoma. They have also financed 2 cars for me and a personal loan with great rates that helped me pay off quickly. They are professional, friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to everyone.

  This credit union has gone to the damps since the previous CEO was there . I called to have an innocent overdraft fee removed from my account and they said they could not do it. That after calling several times and wasting my time with no follow up. I guess I am just a small fish in this pond and because I don’t have a huge balance on my account then to them I mean nothing keeping in mind i have banked here for 10 plus years. In this day and age of people loosing their jobs and every penny counts then I would rather take my business to the big banks where I know for sure what to expect. Thank you. Let alone having to hold for almost 10 minutes while a manager reviewed the account . You should equip your employees better. Nobody even cared to call me or even explain why they would not waive the fee. Take a cue from other institutions around they are so much more friendly.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Christina. The process literally took just a few minutes to get approved for a signature loan and I had the money within 2days. I highly recommend.

  UPDATED: I have been disappointed with allegiance but I want to thank BRENT! He called me asking why we were upset and he took great care of us. He made everything right and went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

  When I decided to refinance my vehicle, there were lots of questions. Allegiance CU made it easy! They got me the best rates, walked me through every step, and then we did everything online. They were so understanding and helpful and that means a lot!!!

  I went to the tellers window at the drive through today to get two rolls of quarters and I was asked if I was a member. I told her no and she started this lecture about how they don’t give coins out to non members. I said they have done it plenty of times and just fine, so I got my $20 and left. My main bank is out of state and I live across the street and have often thought about becoming a member mainly because of how I was treated in the past. Well, no more, your teller ran this possible client away. It was a roll of quarters, is there a shortage?

Our understanding is that the teller believed you had a $100 bill and was trying to communicate to you that for non-members we do have a coin limit of $50 and we don’t exchange currency of more than $100 in bills, due in part to the coin shortage. We would be happy to exchange amounts less than that, if you'd like to come back in the future.

  We financed our mortgage with Allegiance and were happy with the process. Cameron B was great to work with! We especially appreciated his weekly status updates. Overall it was a very smooth process.

  I have been a member for many years. Even when I relocated to the East Coast, I continued banking with Allegiance. Although a number of years passed before we have made great strides electronically, I never encountered any problems with accessing my accounts to pay bills, withdraw/deposit cash, or even to get a car loan! I have since returned and still enjoy great Customer Service-in spite of Covid!! What's not to love about the wonderful, knowledgeable and caring individuals this CU is comprised of. If your looking for a Class A banking institution, you should check out Allegiance C.U.

  Update: Trying to get help with a purchase being declined. The young lady had an attitude. Kepted not listening to me. Said she couldn't help me. Wouldn't get me a manager. So here I am again. Yet again calling out an employee who just seemed to not want to help me. Or get help. Update: So I wasn't expecting anything to come of this. I was just expressing my extreme disappointment. But I just got a call from Allegiance from their CEO on a Saturday about my post. Sincerely and whole heatedly apologizing for the experience I had. I was shocked and thankful at the same time. She didn't have to do that. She could of had someone else call me. But she didn't. And she explained to me. That they weren't getting bought our nor losses of over 1mil. And explained to me what had happened. And reversed the charges. Another kind act of Allegiance CU. The apology means more to me than the money. Thank you Allegiance CU. I from the bottom of my heart appreciate it. Worst credit union ever! Like to yell st people on the phone. Than accuse them of yelling. And than screw up some transactions. And than say it was your fault and charge you money twice months later. They got bought out. Found an error on their part. Over a 1 million dollar error. And our now trying to charge customers for it thru the pandemic!
