  We had a 5 ⭐️ experience with Chase Auto Credit. The 2016 Chevy Express Van was exactly as described. Nancy (the company’s #1 sales person) was easy to work with. She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable at her job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking fair deal for a used car. Ask for Nancy, she’s the best!   I have rarely met nicer staff especially when dealing with car sales. I wanted to buy here because they were easy to talk to and friendly. And they have good prices on cars. Really nice cars.

  Wasn’t a bad experience, wasn’t great. Saw a couple of red flags, came in already pre financed looking for a truck, told me outright they don’t enjoy selling to customers like me because they make more money financing in house, which I understand. Also told me they don’t do tax or licensing in Oklahoma which is the first I’d heard of but hey, I’m not a dealer. Asked the salesman what he knew about the truck, he pulled up the ad and told me what I already knew. I asked about a car fax and he kind of moved the conversation away. My bank ended up emailing me a car fax, truck was serviced good, however, they didn’t let me know it was previously a commercial vehicle. Paperwork went fine (other than not doing the tax and registration). I got the truck for just a hair more than what it’s worth on Kelly Blue Book, so I got what the truck was worth. If this is your first time buying from a dealer, I’d shop somewhere else, as their vehicles are sold “as is”. Definitely have someone that knows vehicles. All in all, they were very nice, I paid what the truck was worth, but I didn’t get all the information I wanted and had to dig on my own and that’s why I rated 2 stars.

  hello mr jones and thanks for your review , wished we could do 5 star service for you as far as TAX AND REGISTRATION , it optional in OKLAHOMA state for dealers to do and we told you that we do not offer that As far as the AS IS part we offer all our customer to take the vehicle to their mechanic to check it out before they purchase it and we are sorry that you were not from city area to have a mechanic to check the truck out but as far as we know that truck was check out well before the sell As far as you buying the truck what it worth on KELLY BLUE BOOK , you are a very lucky person , in oklahoma market right now on september/2020 if you buying a TRUCK $1000 more than what it worth you are a winner And you did not pay us the full price that we were asking for the truck best wishes for you CHASE AUTO CREDIT

  We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. Each time they have worked with our down payment, and monthly payment as well. Fred let us test drive each one to ensure we felt comfortable with the purchase. Will continue to buy from chase auto as well.

  So far so good! They were about to close, they assisted me anyway which was pretty great! Loved that he walked me down the cars, told me each down payment and how much it would be monthly for getting a vehicle. He let me look in the cars, get a feel of them. He wasn’t pushy and let me choose on my own, he didn’t tell me what I was and wasn’t qualified for.
