Even during a worldwide crisis, we got personal attention, live people talked to us on the phone, call backs in minutes, and was treated like a friend or family member.   I use them for small business banking. It's great having people that I can call with questions. They went above and beyond helping with the PPP loan. They also went above and beyond helping with a counterfeit check issue - they even notified us before we had even seen the withdrawals from the account.

  Your staff do not know what to do with US Treasury Savings bonds, how to cash them - nor do they have any clue as to US/FEDERAL banking regulations and protocol. I have reported your bank to the "Office of the Investigator General for the US Treasury Department". I am also contacting others to investigate.
