  Local non-profit plan who frequently uses the meeting room here and we are extremely satisfied. The people are always friendly, the room is well equipped for presentations, clean, usually pretty available at most times of day (even evenings). The price is very reasonable too!

  This has to be my favorite credit union / bank ever !! They remember you as a person, treat you with respect and bend over backwards for you ! I have been working with Robin for 3 years now and she has been a dream to work with ! If more banks operated like this, it would be a pleasure to work with them.   allU.S. is excellent! Nothing compares to this credit union. They offer everything a large bank can offer with lower fees and definitely more personalized service. I encourage everyone to join this credit union. Once you join it becomes obvious they are positively different!

  This bank NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! you have to physical walk—even for a quick question!! They should have stayed small—only to county employees! I think by them opening up to the public killed it—sorry. They can’t handel the business!! Staff is friendly, BUT they do need to step it up!.. I asked the loan officer to send me info by email last week—still have not got it?!!🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriously thinking about pulling my money..they don’t deserve my business.

  What makes any business special ... their staff. That said I have been banking with friends for about twenty years. I sincerely feel it ... friends that when I walk through the door acknowledge me by name, friends that care about my family, friends that have been there to fulfill my financial needs when others would not. And, not because of a business mandate, but genuine emotion and personalities.

  Nice personalized, fair and good service all-the-way around. Stephanie Mason has always been there for my banking needs as well as the rest of the staff for a few years now. Happy with their service.

  I love allU.S. Credit Union. I have banked there for almost 10 years and they offer everything. They have the best rates. If you have a loan somewhere else bring it to them and let them have a chance to beat your rate they did for me.

  Just got here like 20 minutes and there only helping one person at a time. Came to get a loan and first time here and now I'm really disappointed just the fact there only helping one person at a time. All the time waiting and the person that does the loans wasn't available. Don't like this bank already 👎 it was waste of my time coming here.
