  From my experience they are not honest people to deal with. I bought a brand new item online and paid for it. The next day I'm told it doesn't work and was lied to over and over then refunded. They listed the same item for sale right away without writing it is broken. I'm thinking they are just hoping for money on the item. I would not suggest dealing with them.

  Go see Bernardo at La Hacienda Pawn Shop !!! I've been lucky to have been doing business with Bernardo, for years. He does everything in his power to offer great service . From day 1 he's always treated me with dignity and respect. Fairness is the name of the game. Other lower quality pawn places take advantage of their customers. Not Bernardo. He knows how to handle business in an honest way. I've pawned guitars , jewelry , and collectibles. He's very generous and knowledgeable. It would be a mistake to go anywhere else .

  This pawn shop has lots of great items and the workers are very friendly! They recently hired new staff and it shows how much better the business is run. Rodrigo helped me when I went in and he takes his time helping you and gives you good deals. Have been going here for 2 years now and the service has gotten even better over time! Definitely recommend!

  Everyone there is always friendly good customer service and is honest. I go in there to sell gold and silver and they pay more then any other places I’ve been. I rate them 100%

  Definitely the best pawn shop in the area. Small friendly mom and pop shop that do excellent business and Are #1 when it comes to customer service. Bernardo and Greg are gentleman among their trade. They make the pawn stars crew look like a joke when it comes to knowing what they’re talking about. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family it’s a great place to take your kids as well. I find their prices to be very fair and their pawn offers to be even better.

  My experience with this store was awesome. Immediately upon entering the shop I was greeted by Bernardo, one of the friendliest, most attentive clerks I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I had gone in with the idea of maybe looking around and had not really intended to buy very much of anything. However while talking with Bernardo, he was more than willing to accommodate any request I had in my search for items. After 2 hours of conversation I actually learned quite a bit and felt confident that he knew his products and was a fair and honest businessman. (This because he had a book with all the values in it, showed them to me, and almost every product I purchased had a certificate). I have already recommended this shop to my closest friends, would recommend the store to anyone reading this and cannot say enough great things about my first experience at La Hacienda.

  Highly recommended, family owned and ran. Everyone is very nice, honest and fair. Best experience I’ve had selling, pawning or buying! Before you consider going any where else, I would go to them, even if it’s a bit of a drive, make the drive it will be worth your time and money.

  Had a wonderful experience at the Pawn Shop today! Bernardo was amazing!! Very helpful & made us feel right at home in the shop! We travel a lot & this is what I expect from folks when we enter their store or enter a store they work for! Stop on in & see for yourself!!! What a great time!! THANKS AGAIN!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

  Had a great experience good deal for what I brought in. I checked other pawn shops that dont pay not even half of the offers this place gives you. Also great customer service really nice and polite. I just left happy from that store.

  Went in to La Hacienda Pawn Shop today for the first time and was very pleased with service. The gentleman that attended me BCJ was very polite and helpful. They were Very fair and honest and answered all my questions I had. I Will definitely recommend to all family and friends!!!
