Ray Dobbins1my vehicle was repossed by them when it was their own employee that messaged me and told me to stop messaging her... When my messages via email were in context to me paying her. So unless this is resolved I will see them in court. Also the customer service was more than below any customer Ive done business with. You should consider rethinking that employees position because not only did she pretty much revoke her company from recieving payment from me but she also did not take anything into account that I explained to her. she has obviously never dealt with a person in the military and dosent fully understand the things that come with that and she added on 800 dollars to my note when she told me that once I pay 1000 the car would be mine and when we spoke again she said I still owed 500 when that wasn't the original deal that SHE told me (if you have employees making arrangements and not verifiying that arrangement can me made then they need not place that option on the table) ,but her failure to listen and communicate show her inability to preform her specific job duties. I have emails from her telling me to stop sending her messages about the car and payment and I can support these claims. Since she didn't contact me like an adult then please have a capable employee contact me and handle this like adults should. Whether it's via email or phone someone contact me that knows how to handle customers. ** Early into my financing with AFF they shut my car off for almost 2 weeks because they got it confused with another person's vehicle and everyday I called to figure out what was going on or talk to someone nobody had anwsers, it took my Sgt coming to the car and locating the device connected to the starter to show me that it had indeed been disconnected by them** Their reply to the situation was we are sorry we don't know what happened

Najhea Waters1Don’t do it. You will regret it. Horrible company rude, unprofessional staff. If the conversation goes left (which it will very quickly because they talk to people any kind of way) they will start yelling, calling you out of your name, refuse to take your payment and hang up in your face. I regret coming to Marietta car center and having to deal with all family finance and will be refinancing my loan as well as building a case against this company for harassing and threatening phone calls ( which I have recordings of the manager telling me to come to the office to fight and kyle moore calling me 10-12 times a day back to back for a payment that I’ve already set an arrangement for because they “no longer do payment arrangements because they’re under new management” which should be taken up with the employee Danita that set the arrangement for me not me the customer.

Heisser L.18/4/19 here we go trying to make a payment guess what the online payment is acting up ♂️ So they gonna say something slick tomorrow my cars probably gonna be cut off while I’m at work then I’ll have to email the screen recording of the website logging me out every time I try and make a payment it’s just a headache!!! I have a car from this place ☹️ and let me inform you, the coast to a person who probably already has bad credit isn’t worth it. You’re gonna extremely overpay for a car that’s not going to last, i haven’t ever missed a payment so I’m not speaking out of anger. They’re going to fast talk you, not be up front about all the details of the Financial agreement, and because you have poor credit you probably not gonna be able to afford full coverage auto insurance so you’ll have to pay 42 extra dollars with every payment to there in-house insurance company along with your own insurance on the side costing you more. Also none of it goes on your credit that’s gonna be the part that stings the most ♂️ Trust me all this debate “YOU” the new customer is about to take on and it’s not gonna help you one bit in you life Moving forward. I asked about them reporting my payment history but ya know how sassy dealing with skin folk can be. Don’t do it ppl take a little more time and go to a real dealership where you get some sort of benefit for going into debt.
