  Went in last week with my eyes on a couple Mazdas on the lot. Tom was super friendly and professional and gave me the time and space to test drive both cars and make my decision. As a first time car buyer I was pretty nervous, but Tom’s calm professionalism put me at ease. He was very patient in explaining every single contract I was signing that day. Financing was a breeze! I was in and out in less than two hours! Definitely recommending Tom to my friends! Don’t miss out on some great deals y’all!

  The whole process was extremely easy and Tom was wonderful from the first email, first phone call, and to the end with me purchasing my vehicle. He allowed an on site inspection and even got the crack in the windshield replaced without me asking. This is a no hardball, back and fourth dealership (which was so refreshing considering this market and the previous experiences I had at other dealerships). They have one dealer fee (which was hundred lower than those in the area) and tax, title, etc (all costing me under $500) The price was and vehicle were great and I would definitely recommend anyone on the market for a used car. Tom was the man and I truly enjoyed my first car buying experience! (He also drove the vehicle on our first test run since it was a stick and I was rusty)

  I recently bought a vehicle for my daughter from Smart Auto and was very pleased with the vehicle, its condition and the price point... very affordable. I can't say enough good things about the associate, Tom Levine, who helped us through the whole process. Tom was very personable from the first phone call; he is a straight-up professional, no games, just accurate information. On that subject, the Smart Auto dealer also does not play games with all kinds of add-on fees, like may do, just the one one doc fee, which is not exorbitant, (plus the tax, tag, title & GA electronic filing fee). I was very please with the deal and the treatment received by myself and my daughter. I highly recommend Tom and Smart Auto.

  Bought a 2013 Mercedes from this dealership with the help of Tom and it was definitely the easiest , most sufficient process I’ve ever had in a dealership. They’re honest and go over things that most dealerships try to avoid . Highly recommended if you’re in need if a good car for a great price! Tom was AWESOME !

  Tom made the process quick and easy. He was waiting for us outside with the AC running for our test drive. The car was exactly as advertised, affordable and what we were looking for. My daughter loves it, thanks Tom!

  As a young woman going by myself to a lot, I was fully expecting to deal with a sleazy car salesman but it was sooo the opposite! Tom was nice and super easy to work with. He was happy to let me test drive a v6 mustang and i even took it to get a pre car buy check. We wrapped up everything within 24 hours!

  We called on Thursday and spoke to Tom about trading in our pickup truck for a larger model. He was very attentive to our needs and was very responsive. We arrived at the dealership and the vehicle met our expectations. He thoroughly explained the trade in process and the details on the carfax report.   Purchase TLX from Tom and Smart Auto Finance and this was the best experience ever! Tom was upfront and straight forward in regards to the vehicle and able to answer everyone of my questions.   Very professional, Laid back, Not pushy at all. A breath of fresh air compared to other dealers. Let me take car to my mechanic and got me out quickly once we made a deal. Cannot recommend them more.

  I was a bit hesitant to drive and hour from home to evaluate and inspect a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. But as I researched further it was worth the effort. I found the vehicle on the lot exactly as described. I took it to a local mechanic who verified, "If I were looking for a car, I'd buy it."
