  I needed insurance on my golf cart for a campground we were going to stay at or we couldn’t use are golf cart it was a big place and I’m not into walking to much. So I called Alicia and her team and I gave them the info on the cart and they insured it with in minutes and sent me a proof of insurance to my phone. This is why I have everything insured with Alicia and recommend you do the same. You can even tell them I sent you 😊

  I can’t say enough good things about this office. Whether you’re working with Alicia directly or one of her associates in the office you are still going to get the same level of customer service. I’m always able to get answers to my questions and concerns and they are always willing to help even with things that go above and beyond their duties. I have been with State Farm 7 years, I will never switch! If you’re looking for a new agent I would highly recommend Alicia Allen’s office, you won’t regret it!

  Alicia and all of the reps are very professional and awesome! They do the most to their ability to help with every situation, they’re just awesome all around.   I can’t say enough good things about Alicia and her office. They are incredible. They helped us set up our insurance and covered all of our options. Not only were they considerate they didn’t push anything and were fully honest about the coverage. On top of that they worked with us getting paperwork signed after my son was born. They really care about you and treat you like people not a bottomline! Definitely recommend them to everyone.

  This agency is incredible! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I refinanced both of our cars through them and are saving $115/month on top of getting a refund for the gap insurance we paid for ($700!) Because their loans come with gap for free! We will absolutely continue to use the agency.

Alicia Allen is an amazing agent and her talent and care for customer service shows with how she interacts with customers and her employees.
