  I hired Alice because she was the agent for the highest recent sale in our neighborhood. Alice will be in first place for a while, as she broke the all-time record with the sale of my home--by a lot--and did it in a matter of hours. What's even better is that Alice returns calls. She hustles. She does her homework and she stays on top of things. I've hired several realtors, and Alice is the first one who's made me feel like she earned her money.

  Alice was such a pleasure to work with. She presented my home so beautifully. She has a top notch staging professional as well as the most amazing photographer. The photos made my home stand out and resulted in numerous showings and offers on the first day! Her communication is top notch!   Alice was extremely sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. She was actually originally just the agent for the sellers, but she quickly won us over with her personality and the trust level we had established with her. We were first-time homebuyers, and she helped to educate us every step of the way and provide clear direction and advice. At the end of it all, we came away with a new house and a new friendship!   We had the pleasure of working with Alice Picchi on a property flip that wasn't intended to be so when we originally bought the property for our newly married kids. They dropped out of wanting it at the last minute and Alice stepped in to help us through the process of how to flip properly. She educated us on what selling features are critical and which are either optional or a personal choice. That allowed us to both leverage our money, get the properly sold and actually even making a profit! She was upfront, honest, very personable and followed up with us routinely, to make sure were on track with projects and following the plan. The property between purchase and sale was a matter of months and would not of gone as smoothly had she not personally involved herself. This made for what was intended to be parents helping their kids gone wrong, turn out well in the end. Hard to find good customer service these days, Alice understands that and demonstrates this through her actions. We recommend her highly and plan to utilize her expertise in the future as well!

  Alice is FANTASTIC, plain and simple! If your new to buying a home, she makes it the easiest process. If your worried about anything, she's there to reassure you of ALL outcomes and options.
