  I found Mia and her team online after going to 4 other lenders. She really understands the guidelines of purchasing a home if you have student loans. I am also in a different state but never had trouble with communication. I was so impressed with her online system that gave me constant updates of where I was in the process. I highly recommend working with this company. They are experts in their field. Even during a pandemic, they didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Mia, Mariola, and Judy!

  Mia helped me purchase my first home. After others said no because of one situation I had, she was able to solve my problem and get me approved very quickly. She told me she knew what to do and proved it very quickly. She was so professional and detailed. She was always there to answer any questions I had and very quickly. I am so glad I found her through online searching. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

  Mia has been our saving grace during this very emotional retirement ride! We recently retired and moved to Tennessee from Ohio. We have been looking for a new “forever” home. We were having trouble finding VA mortgage loans some because of the uncertainty of the market due to covid, some due to some past trauma and some do to what type of property we were looking for. I found Mia !!!! She has been so very informative, so patient, and easy to work with through all this new stuff!!!!   I am so glad i found her email online while i was researching. She has helped me to understand the home buying process and reduce the barriers i was having.   Mia and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I found them. Even after dealing with some headaches Mia and Jennifer were there to listen to me complain and reassure me everything was going to work out. And it did! We found a beautiful home and Mia and Jennifer walked us through the process smoothly.
