  I am an authorised user on a checking account at Chase but every few months I get locked out of my checking account. I call but that is useless as I go through a circle wasting time. Eventually I have to again waste time to go into a local branch where I waste time again to ask a banker to help. I hope someone at Chase reads this to help resolve this issue. Dr Kiran Frey

  Tammy, the teller or branch manager, vice president that all title shows on her name card, was very rude. She need more skill to deposit money at the counter.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in to inquire about an auto loan and sit down with a banker. Was told they couldn’t help and to look online. Would not recommend this location

  I felt that the personal banker was very arrogant, not helpful in the least. I banked with Chase since 1997. I think the Palatine Branch on Dundee Rd is the best. They treat everyone the same, very polite and helpful. Its friendly, very professional at the same time. Barrington is so high and mighty. Even Walgreens has some snobs in the store. You would think you were in Kenilworth or Winnetka!! I will never go back to this branch. As I speaking to the banker she had a look of snobby arrogance I will never forget. It was discusting. I called her back to let her know how much more helpful the Palatine Branch was too.

  always come here once in a while. tellers are always rude! always! if you cant be polite , please dont at least show angry face !

  They did not update their hours. Got to drive thru at 4:03 and they would not process my deposit because they changed their hours to 4pm

  Employees are always friendly and helpful They are a busy branch so I do suggest to make an appointment.

  Not willing to help my family open an account an hour before the bank closes. Understaffed and a rude branch Manager.
