  Alice was incredible! I'm so grateful that my partner and I found her to help us secure a mortgage that was a good fit for us. As first time home buyers, we needed a bit of extra support and education throughout the process, which Alice was always on-hand to provide. Alice was always prompt in responding to my [many] calls and E-mails, and not only took the time to explain every step of the process to me in detail, but managed to do so in a very affirming and non-patronizing way. Alice was very organized and was always two steps ahead of the game, and never made us wait or left us wondering what was going on. Great communication!   I have now used Alice to refinance my home and more recently to purchase a duplex. I can honestly say that she is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable! My situation with purchasing the duplex was complex and required a lot of hands on work and attention to detail. Alice was very helpful throughout the whole process and explained anything that I had questions regarding. I am very happy with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone.

  Alice responded so quickly to my request and politely followed up even after I thought I might go in another direction. Which was a good thing! She saved me about $1,800 in closing costs compared to the next lowest quote I received. From my first email to funding my refinance took about three weeks.

  I am a Realtor and have worked with Alice Crosby multiple times and absolutely LOVE HER!!! She anticipates problems and solves them before anyone else is even aware of them. She is upfront and honest and is great at communication. She also works incredibly hard for her clients, making them a priority and getting things done that other brokers can't or won't.
